selected liver-kidney yang deficiency type,primary dysmenorrhea with upper fever and cold symptoms as a clinical research object,to investigate the clinical efficacy of Wumei pill addition and subtraction,and compared with the oral contraceptive drug Marvelon,as Wumei Pill.Addition and subtraction treatment of liver and kidney yang deficiency in the cold syndrome on the primary dysmenorrhea the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,60 cases of primary dysmenorrhea were treated with liver-kidney yang deficiency-type syndrome and 60 cases were randomized.They were randomly divided into Wumei pill addition and treatment group and Mafulong control group.Each of 30 cases.The treatment group began to take it on the fifth day of menstruation.After serving for seven days,the patients were treated by adding or subtracting drugs according to clinical symptoms.The treatment was stopped after 3 months of regular treatment,and no other drugs were taken during the period of Chinese medicine.The control group oral contraceptives Marvelon on the fifth day of menstruation,1 time/day,1 tablet/time,taken at bedtime,oral for 21 consecutive days,continuous standard treatment for 3 comparable.① The total effecti’ve rate of clinical efficacy in both groups was 90.00%in the treatment group and 83.33%in the control group.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).②Comparison of dysmenorrhea scores after treatment between the two groups was 5.00±3.37 in the treatment group and 6.45±4.11 in the control group,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).③Comparison between the two groups of TCM syndromes,the treatment group was 90.00%,and the control group was 80.00%.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).④Comparison of the efficacy of individual TCM symptoms,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).⑤ The TCM symptom scores of the two groups after treatment were 5.77±5.46 in the treatment group and 10,87±5.61 in the control group.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group.⑥The recurrence rate was 12.50%in the treatment group and 50.00%in the control group.Therefore,Wumei Pill has a good clinical effect in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of women with liver-kidney yang deficiency and upper heat and cold syndrome.Its clinical curative effect is better than that of Mafulong in the treatment of female primary dysmenorrhea.Conclusion:Wumei Pill has a good clinical effect on the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold syndrome with liver-kidney yang deficiency,and it is obviously better than the control group in the degree of dysmenorrhea and symptoms of TCM.Therefore,it can solve the problem of dysmenorrhea in women and also reduce the clinical symptoms of patients.In terms of long-term efficacy,Wumei Pill treatment for primary dysmenorrhea in women is also worthy of medical promotion and application.
