Clinical Observation Of Addition And Subtraction Diamond Pill In The Treatment Of Kidney Yang Deficiency In Ankylosing Spondylitisis

Objective:This study observing the clinical efficacy and safety of Addition and subtraction diamond pill's treatment in Kidney yang deficiency Ankylosing Spondylitis patients.Methods:62 cases were diagnosed with Kidney yang deficiency Ankylosing Spondylitis and conformed to the study,treated by Addition and subtraction diamond pill decoctions two times daily,the course of treatment was 3 months.Record the TCM syndromes score,pain VAS score and BASFI score and BASDAI's morning stiffness score,Schober test,Erythrocyte sedimentation rate levesl and C-reactive protein levels,the results were analyzed using SPSS17.0 statistical software.Results:1.Addition and subtraction diamond pill treat the patients who was diagnosed with Kidney yang deficiency Ankylosing Spondylitis 3 months,the ASAS20 effective rate was 72.58%,the total effective rate of TCM standard was 90.32%.2.Addition and subtraction diamond pill can reduce the score of pain VAS,reduce the BASFI score and BASDAI's morning stiffness score,compared with before treatment was statistically significant(p<0.05)..3.Addition and subtraction diamond pill can improve the lumbar activity of the Kidney yang deficiency Ankylosing Spondylitis cases,improve the Schober test results,compared with before treatment was statistically significant(p<0.05).4.Addition and subtraction diamond pill can reduce the Erythrocyte sedimentation rate levesl and C-reactive protein levels of the cases,compared with before treatment was statistically significant(p<0.05).5.Addition and subtraction diamond pill can reduce the TCM syndromes score obviously,compared with before treatment was statistically significant(p<0.05).6.Use Addition and subtraction diamond pill treat Kidney yang deficiency Ankylosing Spondylitis cases has no obvious side-effect,the treatment was safely.Conclusion:Addition and subtraction diamond pill treat the patients who was diagnosed with Kidney yang deficiency Ankylosing Spondylitis can reduce the TCM syndromes score,reduce the pain VAS score and BASFI score and BASDAI's morning stiffness score,improve the Schober test results,and reduce the Erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein levels.
