Effect Of Yougui Pill On Leukopenia In Patients With Myelodysplastic Syndrome After Decitabine Treatment

Object:To study the clinical efficacy of Yougui pill on Leukopenia in Patients with Myelodysplastic Syndrome after Decitabine Treatment from leukocyte count,C-reactive protein,incidence of granulocytosis,absolute neutrophil count and quantitative score of Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom.Methods:Will conform to the standards of 40 patients with myelodysplastic syndrome were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group,two groups of the 20 cases,control group and experimental group are to Decitabine 20 mg/m~2·d for five consecutive days,patients in the control group on the basis of Yougui pill,observed 15 days,in the group,on the sixth day,15 days to check the blood routine,C-reactive protein,liverand kidney function,compared two groups of patients before treatment,treatment 6 days and 15 days of WBC,neutrophil count,the changes of C-reactive protein,the incidence of granulocytosis,and in the group and test at the end of the changes in the two groups of patients with Chinese medicine symptom.Results:1.There were no significant differences in WBC,neutrophil count and C-reactive protein between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and no significant differences in WBC,neutrophil count and C-reactive protein between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).2.The quantitative score of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group before enrollment,but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the difference in efficacy evaluation between the two groups after treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.The incidence of granulocytopenia and the use of granulocytopoietin were not statistically significant in both groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Short-term addition of traditional Chinese medicine decoction orally could not rapidly increase the reduction of Leukocyte count and the incidence of granulocytopenia in patients with myelodysplastic syndrome after treatment with disitamine,but it could reduce the average value of c-reactive protein in patients and the rate of reduction of leukocytes and neutrophils.2.TCM syndrome differentiation therapy can improve the clinical symptoms of patients.3.No new adverse reactions were found in the addition or subtraction of yougui pill,a traditional Chinese medicine,during the course of disitamine treatment,which was safe for clinical application.
