Clinical Observation Of The Effect Of Yizhizheng Acupuncture On Cognitive Function In Patients With Vascular Dementia

Objective:This study adopted the standard of therapeutic effect evaluation and laboratory index to observe the effect of acupuncture on the cognitive function of patients with vascular dementia,By comparing with western medicine,this paper sums up the unique role of the wisdom regulating and regulating acupuncture on vascular dementia,so as to provide the objective basis for enriching the traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Methods: a randomized,parallel controlled clinical trial was carried out.The eligible patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n =30).The number of cases in the two groups was 1:1.Patients in the treatment group(the wisdom of regulating acupuncture Yizhi Tiaoshen acupuncture): patients in the control group with the same drug(An Lishen)on the basis of acupuncture treatment.Patients take supine position,strict disinfection of the acupoint,the medicine to 2 inch 28 needles were quickly pierce subjects Sishencong,Xinhui,Shenting,double Shenmen,double Fengchi(dialectical acupoints:Ganshu Shenshu).Each point according to different parts of their choice of proper depth of the needle and the needle after the application of small amplitude fast twisting method,twist rate of 120 rpm,line a total of 2 minutes,no needle.After needling Fengchi Points are respectively connected with the electroacupuncture instrument of positive and negative,low frequency and low flow output,the patients can tolerate the strength.At every time the needle for 20 minutes,30 days for a course,daily morning and acupuncture treatment.The control group: oral administration of donepezil(donepezil hydrochloride),5mg/ times,1 times / day.30 days for a course of treatment.According to the "mini mental state scale," MMSE-R "Blessed-Roth behavior scale" "clinical trials to vasculardementia syndrome scale(SDSVD)to determine the clinical efficacy of puzzle regulating acupuncture treatment of vascular dementia patients with cognitive function from the aspects of intelligence,behavior and syndromes before and after treatment.Results:1.Two groups of patients after treatment,the MMSE-R score,Blessed-Roth scale score,vascular dementia dialectical scale scores were improved with different degree(P<0.05),but the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).2.In the aspect of clinical curative effect,the treatment group after treatment,4 cases were markedly effective,20 cases effective,6 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 80%;1 cases of the control group,19 cases were effective,10 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 66.7%;the two groups after treatment,the treatment group than the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05)Discussion:1 Yizhi Tiaoshen acupuncture(donepezil hydrochloride)and single(donepezil hydrochloride)are effective in improving vascular dementia in patients with cognit Aricept ive dysfunction,but the curative effect of combined acupuncture and medicine is better than single Aricept(donepezil hydrochloride).2.The intelligent acupuncture method can not only interfere with the human body,but also play a good role in regulating the human body.Due to the characteristics of acupuncture with Jane,convenient,inexpensive and effective,especially with the national situation and our existing medical patients for health care related policy requirements,especially for low levels of income and patients in need of treatment,convenient for clinical promotion.
