Research On Drug Law And Related Literature Of Peng Jiangyun's Differentiation And Treatment Of Gout Based On Data Mining

Objective : 1.Based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance platform(V2.5),this study used association rules and other data mining methods to explore professor peng jiangyun's medication law for gout,and summarized his academic thoughts and clinical experience.2.Using China How Net,Wan Fang Data and the VIP Data retrieval,collect and sort out the literature of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of gout between 2014 and 2018.The Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform System(V2.5)was used to establish the database to analysis and summarizes the law of the clinical traditional Chinese medicine treatment of gout,to grasp the current situation of gout treatment in China,o learn from the treatment methods and medicines with remarkable curative effects,and to summarize the current therapists' treatment and characteristics of gout.Methods : 1.The gout patients who visited the clinic of Professor Peng Jiangyun,Yunnan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were included in the study.The information of gout patients who met the inclusion criteria was recorded in the form of photographs and transcriptions.Based on The Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform System(V2.5),the functions of "data entry","medical record statistics","medical record management","medical record analysis","syndrome analysis" and "prescription and syndrome analysis" were realized,to systematic analysis the law of Professor Peng Jiangyun on the treatment of gout prescription drug.2.Joint search with "traditional Chinese medicine" or "traditional Chinese medicine" or "traditional Chinese medicine" combined with "gout" as subject words,search option "subject",match and select "exact query",search the domestic literature on the differentiation and treatment of gout of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2014 to December 2018,build a database based on V2.5,and collect the data for "basic information statistics of drugs" and "dosage analysis"," prescriptions analysis"," analogous prescriptions analysis".To summarize the medication rules and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in treating gout.and so on.Results: 1.The 273 data of Professor Peng Jiangyun's gout differentiation and treatment that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed,The common pulse symptoms were: joint swelling and heat pain,local skin burning sensation,unfavorable flexion and extension,or gout stone formation,depression,tongue red coating white and greasy,pulse sliding number,etc.The common pathogenesis was damp-heat accumulation,cold-dampness obstruction,spleen deficiency and dampness.The common factors of medical history were dampness,heat,phlegm and blood stasis,and diseases.The commonly used medicines are: Duhuo,Haitongpi,Haifeng rattan,raw Coix seed,Achyranthes bidentata,Tougucao,Epimedium,Poria cocos,Fabanxia,Anemarrhena,raw gypsum,Nanshashen,Ophiopogon japonicus,Poria glabra,Coix sponge,etc.Based on complex polyentropy analysis,nine new prescriptions were obtained.2.According to the inclusion criteria,405 literatures containing 490 prescriptions were selected.There were 360 kinds of drugs,among which 15 kinds of drugs with frequency of more than 100 were Tufulin,Cangzhu,Shengyiyiren,Huangbai,Bixie,Zexie,Weilingxian,Huainiuxi,Baizhu,Danggui,Fulin,Cheqiancao,Rendongteng,Fangji,Chishao;and 18 combinations of commonly used medicines were obtained,and 48 core combinations were evolved.It further evolved into 24 new prescriptions.Conclusion:1.Through systematic statistics and artificial detection,Professor Peng Jiangyun divides gout into five syndromes: damp-heat accumulation syndrome,cold-dampness obstruction syndrome,spleen deficiency and dampness excess syndrome,phlegm and blood stasis obstruction syndrome(not included in the data source)and liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.2.Domestic doctors of TCM mostly emphasize the treatment by stages in the treatment of gout.In the acute stage,the main principle is "solid" and clearing away heat and dampness,activating blood circulation to clear the collaterals to relieve pain.Huangbai,Cangzhu,Huainiuxi,Yiyiren are commonly used by clinicians.On this basis,clinical symptoms are increased or decreased.In Chronic period and interstitial period,the main treatment is to nourish liver and kidney,invigorate spleen and relieve dampness,and warm yang and dredge collaterals.
