OBJECTIVE:The tutor Professor Cui Xia proposed the treatment of anorexia in children by observing the "axes and wheels".This topic uses the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary system(V2.5)to analyze the tutor’s medication rule for the treatment of anorexia, and combines clinical observations on the treatment of anorexia children.Changes in the main symptoms(appetite, appetite)and secondary symptoms(face complexion, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, stool)and other indicators after the pre-treatment verify Professor Cui Xia’ s academic views on the treatment of anorexia,so as to better inherit her academic thoughts, and at the same time be clinical Differentiating and treating infantile anorexia provides new ideas. Methods:The first study was data analysis, collecting and screening 200 effective first-diagnostic prescriptions of 200 children with anorexia, diagnosed and treated by Professor Cui Xia at the Pediatric Clinic of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2021.first.First,use TCM inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5)software to create a database, and then use data mining methods such as frequency analysis and association rule analysis to analyze the use frequency, meridian, nature and flavor of each drug in the prescription of TCM and the relationship between the drug and the drug.Correlation between. The second study is clinical observation, using a prospective case series of research methods, through clinical observation of the main symptoms(appetite, appetite),secondary symptoms(face color, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, stool)and other indicators of 50 children with anorexia.,Carry out clinical efficacy evaluation.Results:1.Professor Cui Xia’s academic thoughts and experience summary:The disease location of anorexia in children is mainly in the spleen and stomach.According to the physiological and pathological characteristics of children, combined with the theory of"circular movement" of the human body,it is proposed that the disease location is not limited to the spleen and stomach, but often involves circular movement. Each link is also closely related to the heart, lungs.liver, and kidneys. If there is a problem with the entire"circular" Qi machine cycle of the human body,it will easily lead to anorexia, and then the"axes and wheels" therapy method is proposed."Axis" refers to the spleen and stomach in the middle Jiao, and "Chakra" refers to the heart, lung, liver, and kidney."The spleen is transported but not replenishing".In the clinical treatment of anorexia, the instructor used Yihuangsan as the basic prescription to add and subtract.Although this prescription has little medicinal flavor,it embodies the meaning of "pivot and transport" of circular movement. In the prescription, tangerine peel and wood fragrance invigorate the spleen and regulate qi,eliminate food and promote the stomach, and combine licorice to nourish the qi,regulate the qi mechanism of the spleen and stomach; The combination of medicines is used to regulate liver and lung qi.Although it is only the five-flavored medicine,it perfectly embodies the method of "shaft and wheel simultaneous transport".2.Data analysis shows that the basic data of the 200 cases included in the study show that the age of onset of this disease is more common in school-age and pre-school years, and there are more men than women. There are 200 prescriptions for medicine, including 160 Chinese medicines. The tutor Professor Cui Xia’s medicine for treating infantile anorexia. The four qi are mostly warm, calm and cold, and the five flavors are mostly pungent, bitter, and sweet. They are mainly attributed to the spleen and stomach meridian, lung and liver.,Kidney, and Heart Channels come next.Among them, tangerine peel, green peel, woody, glutinous bud, chaihu, myrobalan, papaya, fried gardenia, fried atractylodes, white peony root, peran, fried atractylodes, ginseng,Amomum villosum, yam and other drugs are used more frequently; The more frequent and closely related drug combinations are:tangerine peel-mupala,green peel-Myrobalan,Bupleurum-white peony, grain sprout-papaya,etc.The network display combination of commonly used drugs is shown as the addition and subtraction of the instructor’s common prescription Yihuang San.3.Clinical observations showed that Professor Cui Xia applied the method of "shaft and wheel movement",and the addition and subtraction of Yihuang Powder was effective in treating infantile anorexia, with a total effective rate of 96%.The main symptoms of the children, especially appetite.have been significantly improved. The minor symptoms of the child, complexion, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, and bowel movements have also been greatly improvedConclusion:Professor Cui Xia’s treatment of infantile anorexia starts from the whole, and applies the theory of simultaneous movement of axles and wheels to the treatment of infantile anorexia.Based on Yihuang Powder, adding and subtracting adjustments to the lifting of the Qi machine can effectively improve the appetite, appetite, and complexion of the child.Symptoms such as abdominal pain, bowel movements, etc.,confirmed the effectiveness of Professor Cui Xia’s use of "shaft and wheel movement" in the treatment of anorexia in children.
