On The Basis Of Data Mining And Analysis Of Professor Wang Bangcai's Drug Law In The Treatment Of Recurrent Oral Ulcer

Objective By using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5)(hereinafter referred to as TCMISS),the medical records of professor Wang Bangcai in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer(hereinafter referred to as ROU)were sorted out and data mining was used,and the syndrome differentiation and treatment of ROU by professor Wang Bangcai were summarized and analyzed,so as to provide certain experience basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of ROU.Methods The medical data of Professor Wang Bangcai's treatment for ROU during March 2016 to December 2017 in the Yinzhou outpatient department of Ningbo Chinese Traditional Medicine Hospital were collected.Then,90 cases of medical record data which conformed to standard were inputed and checked through the TCMISS.Through data processing and statistical analysis,the Professor Wang Bangcai's medicatiou rule and clinical experience of traditional Chinese medicine in treating ROU were summarized and concluded.Result In this study,the data mining technology was used to explore the Professor Wang Bangcai's medicatiou rule of traditional Chinese medicine in treating ROU.A total of 90 cases were counted,and 113 kinds of high frequency traditional Chinese medicine were found.There were 21 pairs of core drugs,among which the most frequent were bamboos and gardenia.Eight association rules with high confidence were obtained,the highest of which were astragalus and cohosh.Ten core drug combinations and five new prescriptions were discovered.Conclusion Through data mining and analysis,it was found that teacher Wang treated ROU with treatment from spleen and stomach as the fundamental method.For the three types of syndrome of spleen and stomach underlying fire,damp-heat resistance,and qi deficiency fire rising,methods such as purging fire from stomach,clearing heat and dampness,and replenishing qi were respectively used to treat them.Drug use has the characteristics of concentration,and has the characteristics of combination therapy.
