Based On Data Mining To Discuss Professor Wang Xiaomin's Medication Rule In The Treatment Of Breast Cancer

Objective To explore the rule of drug use and differentiation of treatment of breast cancer patients by Professor Wang Xiaomin based on data mining technology,and to provide relevant basis and reference for clinical treatment of drug use.Methods Taking patients with comprehensive treatment of metastatic breast cancer and endocrine maintenance therapy after radical resection as modules,the medical cases of Professor Wang Xiaomin were screened,the diagnosis and treatment data of traditional Chinese and western medicine,prescription medication information and other data in the medical cases were collected,MBC and MTBC database was established,and the data were standardized.Excel and R software were used to analyze the data.Drug frequency statistics were carried out for the prescriptions in the two databases,and association analysis and cluster analysis were used to mine the prescription principles and drug use rules.ResultsMBCFrequency of use:Among the 80 prescriptions of MBC,160 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines were used,among which the most frequently used drugs were Schiffellia chinensis(80 times)and Herba diffusa(74 times).Sexual taste:In the MBC group,the five flavors accounted for a higher proportion,namely sweet,spicy and bitter,and four qi.In the MBC group,the five flavors accounted for a higher proportion,namely warm and cold.Dose analysis:There were 80 cases of medical records with dose information of Schippelliae Schippelliae,and the 60G group(43.8%)accounted for a higher proportion.There were 74 cases of medical records with dose information of Hedyotis Diffusa,and the 60G group(50%)accounted for a higher proportion.Correlation analysis:Taking Scutellariae Scutellariae as the core,the core prescriptions were obtained as Scutellariae Scutellariae,Hedyotis diffusa,Bupleurum,Radix Scutellariae,Pinellia ternata,Dangshen Radix,Radix Paeoniae Paeoniae and Chinese Jujube.Cluster analysis:it can be divided into the following seven sub-categories:1,sophora,zizyphus jujube kernel,pangolin scales 2,rhizoma anemarrhenae,rhizoma coptidis,dianthus superbus,vinegar turtle shell,angelica,cannot understand,the centipede 3,prepared rhizome of rehmannia,amomum villosum,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,cinnamon,raw huangqi 4,cassia twig,ground beetle,dangshen,big jujube,poria cocos,morel,semen plantaginis 5,barbed skullcap herb,spreading hedyotis herb,radix bupleuri,6 main licorice 7 pinellia,radix scutellariae,radix paeoniae alba,method.MTBCFrequency of use:Among the 317 prescriptions,186 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines were used,among which the most frequently used drugs were Hedyotis officinalis(288 times),Sphinellia chinensis(281 times)and Bupleurum bupleurum(274 times).Sexual taste:MTBC five taste accounted for the higher is sweet,spicy,bitter,four higher gas is warm,cold.Dose analysis:There were 202 cases with dose information of Schippelliae Schippelliae,accounting for 82.2%in the higher group(group 30G),and 203 cases with dose information of Hedyotis Diffusa,accounting for 87.7%in the higher group.Correlation analysis:Taking prepared liquorice as the core,the core prescription was obtained,prepared liquorice,Bupleurum bupleurum,Radix Scutellariae,Pinellia pinellia,Dangshen,Chinese jujube,white paeoniae peoniae,Coptis coptidis,Cinnamon cinnamon,Brachiophora sanguinosa and Hedyotis variegataCluster analysis:Can be divided into the following seven categories,1,radix paeoniae alba,main licorice root,prepared rhizome of rehmannia,2,radix scutellariae,radix bupleuri,spreading hedyotis herb,these 3,angelica,poria cocos,dangshen,4,cinnamon,pinellia rhizoma anemarrhenae,rhizoma coptidis,amomum fruit,astragalus root,cortex phellodendri,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,5 6,polygala,cassia twig,big jujube wine fructus ligustri lucidi,meMBCar,bone,skin,turmeric 7,roses,ground beetle,semen plantaginis,windproof,Fried zizyphus jujube kernel,pseudostellaria root.Summary:1,through the comparison of two groups come to share these-spreading hedyotis herb radix bupleuri guizhi soup on the basic prescription,based on tumor load transfer dose adjustment principle 2,for academic ideas are summarized,including cancer,fire and other special tumor pathogenesis,detoxification,anti-cancer treatment conditions,attaches great importance to the detoxification drug application timing and insomnia symptom improvement,etc.
