Study On Clinical Medication Rule And Academic Thought Of Professor Wang Xiangqi In The Treatment Of Lung Cancer Based On Data Mining Technology

Objective:Based on data mining technology,using the software of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)inheritance assistance system(V2.5),to systematically sort and mine Professor Wang xiangqi’s rule of clinical medication experience in treating lung cancer,summarize Professor Wang xiangqi’s academic experience in treating lung cancer and discuss his academic thoughts,and provide the essential ideas and information for further research in the future,in order to better inherit carry forward the academic experience of famous and old TCM doctors,carry forward and develop the career of TCM.Methods:Collect original lung cancer cases that Professor Wang xiangqi diagnosed and treated from May 1,2018 to September 30,2019,input these cases that preprocessd and then classified based on TCM syndrome types into "TCM inheritance assistance system(V2.5)",establish a database of TCM syndrome types and prescription,use the data mining function to analyse the overall data and date of the main syndrome types,including frequency analysis,association rules,clustering analysis,complex networks and so on.The purpose of these analytical studies is to summarize Professor Wang xiangqi’s rule of clinical medication experience in treating lung cancer,summarize Professor Wang xiangqi’s academic thoughts in treating lung cancer.Results:1 Through frequency analysis of the overall data,the results of high-frequency syndrome type of TCM,high-frequency drugs and the four qi,five tastes and meridians of all drugs were obtained.2 According to the rule analysis of the overall data,1021 combinations of core drugs were obtained.The representative drug pairs are as follows: mulberry leaf and almond,zhejiang fritillary bulb and hive,zhejiang fritillary bulb and spina gleditsiae,zhejiang fritillary bulb and pseudobulbus cremastrae seu pleiones,hive and gecko,radix ophiopogonis and zhejiang fritillary bulb.3 According to the association rule analysis of the overall data,1777 drug combinations were obtained,and the representative drug pairs are as follows: honey loquat leaf-> zhejiang fritillary bulb,radix astragali preparata-> radix pseudostellariae,fried malt-> medicated leaven,rhizoma ligustici wallichii->Chinese angelica,cynanchum glaucescens-> radix peucedani,hives,platycodon grandiflorum-> zhejiang fritillary bulb,fructus aurantii,spina gleditsiae-> zhejiang fritillary bulb,radix ophiopogonis,honey loquat leaf-> zhejiang fritillary bulb.4 Through cluster analysis of the overall data,we have obtained 30 essential drugs,16 essential drug combinations and 8 new prescriptions.5 Frequency analysis and cluster analysis were carried out on five syndrome types: deficiency of lung and spleen,mutual accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis,the abnormal liver qi being affected lung qi,phlegm and dampness of qi deficiency,and deficiency of qi and Yin,to obtain common symptoms,high-frequency drugs,drug combinations and core drugs of each syndrome type.Conclusion:1 My tutor’s medication characteristics are nearly balanced about cold medicine and warm medicine,the the whole medication is mild.The five flavors are mainly bitter,sweet,and spicy,mainly returning to the lung meridian,spleen meridian and stomach meridian,and paying attention to the medication of the lung meridian.2 My tutor most common medication is expectorant antitussive and antiasthmatic drugs.The second common medication are the medicine of blood-activating and stasis-resol and the medicine of regulating qi.The Third common medication is qi tonic drugs.3 In this project,the high-frequency single drug,drug combination,new prescription and core drugs of five syndrome type were successfully excavated,and the results were basically consistent with the clinical practice of my tutor.4 In clinical practice,my tutor always follows the guiding ideology of "harmony" and emphasizes the "harmony" of qi and blood and the "harmony" of zang-fu organs.My tutor emphasized the holistic concept and treatment based on syndrome differentiation,and put forward the holistic view of combining disease and syndrome,the holistic view of removing pathogenic factors and strengthening vital qi.My tutor believed that the lung cancer toxin accumulation was the pathogenesis key to the occurrence and development of lung cancer,and put forward the guiding ideology of "cancer toxin theory".
