Application Analysis Of Liver Yin And Yang Theory In The Treatment Of Senile Deafness

Objective: To explore the theoretical significance of "liver yin and Yang" and its application in the treatment of senile deafness.To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Tianma Gouteng Yin in the treatment of senile deafness.Methods: 1.Literature research: in this paper,through literature review and collation,we discussed the theoretical significance of liver yin and yang theory.2.clinical research:choose the 60 cases,the application program were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases and combination of oxybrain sikaolin,on 30 cases of the control group,15 days is a course of treatment,continuous treatment of two courses.Results:1.theoretical research: "liver yin and Yang" is an important feature of the physiological and pathological changes of liver is summed up.2.clinical research: after statistical analysis,the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 83.33% and 53.33% respectively,and the effective rates of hearing loss improvement were 16.67% and 13.33% respectively.Treatment of the two groups after treatment to compare the total efficiency had significant difference(P< 0.05),indicating that the treatment scheme of the treatment group treatment effect on senile deafness patients than the control group,there were no significant difference before and after treatment in two groups(P>0.05),degree of hearing loss showed that treatment two groups of curative effect of senile the hearing loss is not obvious.Conclusion: the theory of "liver yin and Yang" is the effective guiding principle of treating senile deafness from the liver theory.TGD can improve communication disorders,tinnitus,insomnia,mood,dizziness and other symptoms associated with,and the treatment effect is better than that of forest,combination of oxybrain sikaolin.The two treatments did not improve the hearing of the elderly patients.
