Clinical Observation Of Tianma Gouteng Decoction In Treatment Of H-Type Hypertension With Yin Deficiency And Yang Hyperactivity

Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of Tianma gouteng decoction on treating the pati ents, which syndrome of H-type hypertensive patients with hyperactivity of liveryang.Observe 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure ?homocysteine level ?TCM syndrome integral? TCM symptom?cystatin C?U-Albumin?Urinary albumin/ u rine creatinine etc in order to evaluate Tianma gouteng decoction curative effect and explore the mechanism.Methods:Select Western medicine diagnosis of H-type hypertensive 60 cases, and TCM is hyperactivity of liver-yang. Using randomized and controlled method was rand omly divided into experiment group and matched group, each group of 30 cases.The two groups were given conventional western medicine antihypertensive treat ment. Treatment group takes Tianma gouteng decoction,and control group takes CCB. The treating course was 4 weeks, then to observe the changes of those in dex which included 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure each parameter?blood pr essure compliance rate et al, homocysteine level?the integral syndrome of TCM?and simultaneously record untoward effect.Results:In lowering 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure?systolic pressure load?diastolic pressure load,experiment group is more effective than matched group(P<0.05);In reducing Hcy level, the matched group is no obvious change, but the experim ent group is changing significantly than prior treatment(P<0.05).Two groups all can lower TCM syndrome integral and polish up TCM symptom, but Tianmag outeng decoction group is more effective than matched group(P<0.05). Thwo groups in reducing U-Albumin?Urinary albumin/ urine creatinine is more effective than prior treatment(P<0.05), but Tianma gouteng decoction group is more ef fective than matched group(P<0.05);In reducing angiotensin II, experiment group and matched group are no different(P>0.05);In reducing cystatin C,experiment group changed significantly than prior treatment(P<0.05),but matche d group changed no apparent;In proving superoxide dismutase, the matched group changed no apparent, but the experiment group changed significantly than prior treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions: Tianma gouteng decoction can assist depressurization, improving sta ndard-reaching rate in 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure and recovery blood pre ssure rhythm which syndrome of H-type hypertensive patients with hyperactivity of liver-yang,It also can reduce cystatin C?U-Albumin?Urinary albumin/ urin e creatinine and improve superoxide dismutase level which delay renal function damage and reduce stress response.
