The Study Of The Clinical Application Law Of Taiyuan (LU 9) Acupoint In And Before Qing Dynasty

Objective:Through the sorting and analysis to the literatures of Taiyuan(LU 9) acupoint in and before Qing dynasty, summing up the laws of clinical application.Methods:Using the "Chinese Medical Classics"(Fourth Edition) as the main search range to search the related literatures, to set up a series of databases such as treating diseases by single acupoint or combined with some acupoints, compatibility acupoints and the methods of acupuncture and moxibustion, then to analyze the statistics and data with the IBM SPSS Statistics 19.0 software.Results:In 27 attending diseases treated by single Taiyuan(LU 9) acupoint, 13 kinds of advantage disease were filtered out, The top five diseases were Cough, Thoracic obstruction, Arthralgia syndrome, Swollen red eyes, Blood trouble; while in 47 attending diseases treated by compatibility therapy, 20 kinds of advantage disease were filtered out, The top five diseases were Thoracic obstruction, Arthralgia syndrome, Fever, Cough, Madness; there are 139 channels acupoints, the top five points were Yuji(LU 10), Lieque(LU 7), Shenmen(HT 7), Taibai(SP 3), Hegu(LI 4).Conclusion:The result systematically show the regularity research on the clinical application of Taiyuan(LU 9) acupoint in and before Qing dynasty, and provide a reference significance for modern clinical and research workers.
