Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Female Urethral Syndrome With Moxibustion And Moxibustion

Objective: The purpose of this article is to observe the clinical curative effect by drug separated moxibustion at the navel therapy in the treatment of Female Urethral Syndrome,and compared with conventional acupuncture therapy,compared with patients before and after treatment to improve urethral syndrome,to explore the relative advantages of moxibustion on umbilicus therapy,to provide ideas and effective basis for clinical curative effect definite moxibustion umbilical therapy in the treatment of Female Urethral Syndrome.Methods:A total of 60 cases of Female Urethral Syndrome were treated by Moxibustion on umbilicus therapy,the control group adopted conventional acupuncture therapy,according to the proportion of 1:1 were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment was observed in two groups before and after treatment LUTS,QOL,Chinese medicine symptomscale scores were analyzed to evaluate the curative effect after.2 treatment after the statistical analysis of data.Results:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.77.The total effective rate of the control group was 64.3.There was a significant difference between the two groups(p < 0.05).The two treatment methods had a certain curative effect.The curative effect of the moxibustion and moxibustion group was significantly higher than that of the routine acupuncture control group.2.Comparison of international lower urinary tract symptom score(LUTS)between the two groups: there was a significant difference in LUTS score between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.01).There was significant difference(P < 0.05),indicating that the effect of moxibustion on umbilical moxibustion was higher than that on routine acupuncture.3.Comparison of TCM symptom scale scores between the two groups: there was a significant difference in TCM symptom scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.01).There was a significant difference(P < 0.05).The effect of moxibustion on urination frequency,urination urgency,abdominal strain and lumbar pain was significantly higher than that in routine acupuncture group,but the effect on urethral burning and leachate was similar between the two groups.4.Comparison of quality of life score(QOL)between the two groups: there was a significant difference in QOL score between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.01),which indicated that the two kinds of treatment could improve the quality of life.After treatment,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01),which suggested that the moxibustion with moxibustion was more effective in improving life satisfaction.Conclusion: Moxibustion on Female Urethral Syndrome is more effective and has no obvious adverse reactions.It can effectively improve the symptoms and improve the quality of life of female patients.It is a simple,convenient,safe and effective method for the treatment of female urethral syndrome.An effective treatment method with strong operability and easy to be popularized.
