| Objective: : To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine moxibustion(TCM)on the level of Th17 cells in peripheral blood of patients with ulcerative colitis of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type. Methods: 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).The treatment group was divided into treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).The treatment group was divided into treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).On the huge deficiency(double),Yinling Spring(double). The control group and the treatment group were treated with acupuncture alone. The course of treatment in both groups was 4 weeks.Observation of peripheral blood Th17 cells before and after treatment in two groups Level, main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine score changes. The data were analyzed by SPSS20.0 software.Results:1.Main symptom aspect:(1)main symptom single score and total Defeng: after treatment, the single score and overall score of main symptoms in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P < 0.01).It can be seen that moxibustion and acupuncture can improve the symptoms of abdominal pain, diarrhea, stool blood and so on.After treatment, the single score and total score of the main symptoms in the two groups were significantly different(P < 0.05),and the scores in the treatment group(separated moxibustion group)were significantly lower than those in the control group(acupuncture group)after treatment,Comprehensive data show that acupuncture can relieve abdominal pain and diarrhea in patients with UC compared with clinical intervention with drug-separated moxibustion.Purulent blood stool and other maJor symptoms have a better curative effect.2.The level of Th17 cells in peripheral blood: the content of Th17 cells in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the pre-treatment group(P < 0.01),Compared with the control group(acupuncture group)before and after treatment, although the level of Th17 in the peripheral blood of the control group was significantly different(P < 0.01),But the decrease was not obvious compared with that before treatment. After treatment, the levels of Th17 cells in peripheral blood between the two groups were compared. The value of the treatment group(P < 0.01)was significantly lower than that of the control group(acupuncture group). It is suggested that drug-separated moxibustion can reduce the content of Th17 cells in peripheral blood of UC patients after clinical intervention, which suggests that the main method of drug-separated moxibustion in improving UC patients may be achieved by reducing the level of Th17 cells in peripheral blood of the patients. Conclusion: Medicine-separated moxibustion is effective in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. It can improve the clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life and decrease the level of Th17 cells in the peripheral blood of the patients with ulcerative colitis. This method is a safe and effective treatment. |
