Clinical Observation Of Ziyin Pinggan Mixture On The Senile Essential Hypertension Of Yin Deficiency And Yang Hyperactivity Type

Objective: The clinical efficacy and safety of Ziyin Pinggan Mixture were evaluated by observing the effect of Ziyin Pinggan Mixture on the TCM clinical symptoms and24-hour dynamic blood pressure of the elderly patients with essential hypertension of Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity.Methods: A total of 120 elderly patients with essential hypertension who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.Control group: Western medicine antihypertensive treatment;Treatment group: on the basis of western medicine antihypertensive add zhiyin ping liver mixture.After 4 weeks of observation and treatment,the observation indexes of the two groups were compared and statistically analyzed.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in terms of the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine and western medicine(P < 0.05).In terms of TCM syndrome scores,the single symptom scores and total scores of the two groups after treatment were significant lower than before treatment,P < 0.001.The treatment group was better than the control group in improving vertigo,waist acid,five irritable heat,insomnia,tinnitus,amnesia,in improving knee softness,palpitation,headache,there was no significant difference between the two groups.After treatment,the 24 hours dynamic blood pressure observation items in both groups decreased significant compared with before treatment.Compared with the control group,the24-hour dynamic blood pressure observation items in the treatment group after treatment decreased compared with the control group,P < 0.05.During the treatment,there were no adverse reactions or adverse events in the two groups.Conclusion: Ziyin Pinggan mixture with antihypertensive drugs can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity type elderly patients with hypertension,play the characteristics and advantages of TCM in the treatment of hypertension,and in terms of antihypertensive efficacy is better than simple western medicine treatment,no obvious adverse reactions,with safety.
