Clinical Observation Of Suting Maxing Shigan Tang In The Treatment Of AECOPD (Phlegm-heat Stagnation Of Lung Syndrome)

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Suting Maxing Shigan tang on AECOPD.Methods:The 80 AECOPD patients with phlegm-heat stagnation lung syndrome were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,40 cases each.The two groups were treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Suting Maishing Shigan tang.After 14 days,clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,inflammation index,blood coagulation index,lung function and blood gas analysis index were compared between the two groups.Results:Abscission occurred in 2 cases.After treatment,the clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group（P<0.05）.After treatment,compared with the control group,inflammatory indexes NLR,hs-CRP and PCT were all decreased in the observation group（P<0.05）,blood coagulation indexes Fbg and D-D were all decreased（P<0.05）,lung function indexes FEV₁,FEV₁/FVC and FEV₁%pred were all increased（P<0.05）,blood gas analysis indexes Pa O₂and Sa O₂were all increased（P<0.05）,and Pa CO₂was decreased（P<0.05）.Conclusion:Suting Maishing Shigan tang can improve the clinical efficacy of phlegm-heat stagnation lung syndrome AECOPD.Its mechanism of action is related to controlling inflammation,reducing blood viscosity and improving lung function.
