Clinical Study On The Acute Cholecystitis Treating By External Application Of Daqing Ointment

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of external application of Daqing ointment in adjuvant treatment of acute cholecystitis and to explore its mechanism of action and its practical value.Methods: Sixty cases of patients with acute cholecystitis who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups,each with 30 cases.The control group was treated with pure western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with a combination of large green paste and western medicine.Observe two groups of patients with body temperature returned to normal time,abdominal pain relief time,visual analogue scale(VAS),pain symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine ratings and leukocyte count,neutrophil percentage,c-reactive protein,the original laboratory indexes such as changes of calcitonin,and two groups of patients before treatment,treatment 3 and treatment 7 days related data for statistical analysis.Results:1.The body temperature returned to normal time and abdominal pain relief time and VAS score,the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After 1 course of treatment,both the laboratory indexes and the symptom score of the two programs were effectively improved,and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group at 3 days of treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).3.After 1 course of treatment,both schemes achieved satisfactory results without significant statistical difference.In the treatment of 3 days,the cure rate and efficiency of the treatment group were higher than that of the control group,and the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Daqing ointment external treatment can effectively improve the clinical curative effect of acute cholecystitis,safe and reliable,worthy of clinical promotion use.
