The Clinical Efficacy Observing Of Sanjie Xiaoying Ointment By External Application In Treating Benign Thyroid Nodules

Object:To observe the clinical efficacy observing of Sanjie Xiaoying ointment by external application in treating benign thyroid nodules,and verify its security.Method:The 72 resesrch samples were slected from the patients who had thyroid nodules with normal function thyroid visiting to the outpatient department of the first affiliated hospital of henan university of TCM from April 2016 to December 2017.During the research,3 cases were off and 3 cases were excluded,66 cases left in the end.Self controlled trial method was taken before and after treatment.The clinical observations were carried on before the trial,3 months after the trial by recording the size of nodules,the intergations of high-risk factors for malignant nodules,the correlation between the size of nodules and the curative effect and other safety indicators.SPSS22.0 statistical software were used to analyse the data and help us get a conclusion.Results:1).Improvements of thyroid nodules'size:? The curative effect of thyroid nodules,size:The maximum diameter of thyroid nodules after treatment was significantly less than that before treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the total effective rate of thyroid nodule diameter reduction after treatment was 39.39%.?the correlation between the size of nodules and the curative effect:The total effective rate of the group with diameter<10mm and the group with diameter>10mm was 55.56%and 9.52%respectively.The total effective rate in diameter<10mm group was significantly higher than that in diameter>10mm group(P<0.05).2).Comparision on the intergations of high-risk factors for malignant nodules:?The integral comparison of high risk factors of nodular malignancy before and after treatment:The score of high risk factors of nodular malignancy after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,and there was a significant correlation before treatment and after treatment.?In view of gender,comparison of the score of high risk factors for nodular malignancy before and after treatment:Statistical analysis of the two groups showed that there was no statistically significant difference between men and women in the risk factors of nodular degeneration(P>0.05).3).Changes of thyroid function:Before and after treatment,all indexes were in normal range,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4).Analysis on the security:The subjects' blood routine,urine routine,liver and kidney function were all in normal level before and after treatment.5).Adverse reactions:In 3 cases in 72 cases of the subjects because of the plaster plaster allergy,as with redness,skin dressing area accompanied by itching,no rash,have taken active treatment measures.The remaining subjects showed no discomfort during the treatment.Conclusion:1).The external application of Sanjie Xiaoying ointment is effective in the treatment of thyroid nodules,and it can reduce the size of nodules,and the effect is better for smaller diameter nodules.2).The external application of Sanjie Xiaoying ointment in the treatment of thyroid nodules can reduce the integration of high risk factors,to a certain extent,to prevent the malignant tendency of nodules,and to postpone the development of the course of disease.3).External application of Sanjie Xiaoying ointment has no adverse effects on thyroid function and autoimmune antibodies,and no damage to blood routine,urine routine and liver and kidney function is observed.It shows that this method is safe and effective.
