Clinical Study Of External Application Of Mirabilite In Patients With Non-surgical Acute Cholecystitis

Objective:At present,it is generally believed that acute cholecystitis is an acute inflammatory disease of gallbladder caused by chemical stimulation,bile duct obstruction and infection,although surgical treatment is the first choice.However,there are complications after cholecystectomy,such as residual syndrome of cystic duct,bile duct injury and stricture,postoperative biliary hemorrhage,bile duct repeated peritonitis and bile duct residual stones.Conservative treatment has been paid more and more attention to for old age,poor physique,many basic diseases and can not tolerate surgical treatment.Based on the above reasons,non-surgical treatment of acute cholecystitis patients,only through conventional western medicine treatment,the symptoms of patients with longer relief time,cholecystitis complications.Combined with the specific situation of the treatment of acute cholecystitis with the combination of Chinese and western medicine in spleen and stomach department of our hospital,this clinical study was carried out to study the effect of abdominal mirabilite external application in the treatment of acute cholecystitis.Methods:A total of 60 patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The control group was given routine basic treatment of western medicine according to the needs of the disease,and the treatment group was treated with mirabilite on the basis of western medicine,and mirabilite was applied once a day for 7 days as a course of treatment.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed,including abdominal pain relief time,nausea and vomiting relief,gallbladder tenderness and rebound pain relief time,Murphy' s sign observation,peripheral blood leukocyte count.The changes of test parameters before and after treatment in the observation group and between the groups were recorded and statistically analyzed.Result:In this study,3 cases were removed and removed,and a total of 57 patients who met the criteria were included in this study.Through paired data test,the percentage of neutrophils in the treatment group decreased more significantly before and after treatment than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the efficacy of the treatment group was more obvious than that of the control group in terms of abdominal pain relief,gallbladder area tenderness relief and nausea and vomiting relief,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The VAS(pain score)score of the treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the treatment group after treatment,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion.In the basic treatment of western medicine,the external application of mirabilite is effective in the treatment of acute cholecystitis,and it is obviously superior to western medicine alone in improving clinical symptoms and signs.
