| Purposes: Observe the clinical curative effect of Wendan Xiezhuo Decoction in treating chronic renal failure gastrointestinal reactions,and explore it's possible mechanism of action,and explore new methods of treating gastrointestinal reactions of chronic renal failure with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Eighty patients with chronic renal failure who were accompanied with gastrointestinal symptoms were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were given Western basic treatment.the experimental group was treated with Wendan Xiezhuo Decoction on the basis of basic treatment of Western medicine,and the control group was treated with Uremic Clear Granules on the basis of basic treatment of Western medicine and observed for 1 months.Results: By comparing the gastrointestinal symptoms of the patients,the clinical symptoms of the gastrointestinal tract in the experimental group and the control group were improved,the scores of the Gastrointestinal Symptom Grading(Chinese Ver.)(GSRS-C)scale significantly reduced,and the serum creatinine and urea nitrogen levels in the experimental group and the control group were significantly lower.Hemoglobin,Albumin increased significantly,glomerular filtration rate,cystatin and ?2 microglobulin,carbon dioxide binding force,serum potassium,serum calcium,serum phosphorus were significantly improved,the experimental group compared with the control group has statistically significant,The improvement of clinical efficacy in the experimental group was more significant than that in the control group.Conclusion: Wendan Xiezhuo Decoction is very important for delaying the progression of kidney disease,improving the gastrointestinal tract reaction and improving the patient's quality of life.The mechanism may be related to Wendan Xiezhuo Decoction to correct gastrointestinal hormones and electrolyte disturbances,regulate body acid-base balance,and improve gastrointestinal tract movement. |
