| Objectives Observing the treatment effect of the Guben Xiezhuo method dialectic the clinical curative of chronic renal failure, the of laboratory indicators and evaluation of the curative effect of TCM syndrome, in order for the Guben Xiezhuo method treatment of chronic renal failure to provide new ideas and evidence of evidence-based medicine.Methods Using a prospective, clinical cohort study. Selected 2014 June to 2015 June Wangjing hospital outpatient and hospitalized patients with a total of 60 cases, according to whether or not to accept the Guben Xiezhuo method exposure factors divided into integrated traditional Chinese medicine treatment group (30 cases) and Western medicine treatment group (30 cases, records of patients with age, sex, primary disease, disease duration, body mass index, regular follow-up of two groups during the follow-up 3 months after followed up for 6 months after the end of the event, laboratory index, serum creatinine and glomerular filtration rate (GFR), triglyceride, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein,24h urine protein, liver function and TCM symptoms integral. Using statistical software SPSS 19.0. for the syndrome differentiation and treatment.Results The simple treatment of Western medicine group with age of 80% patients over the age of 40,90% in 40 over the age of TCM treatment group, chronic renal failure at the age of 40. After more high incidence of diabetic nephropathy in this study, chronic nephritis and renal damage of hypertension are three major causes of chronic renal failure. The TCM group into the kidney the number of alternative treatment and CKD in more than 4ml/1.73m2-min events were less than the western medicine group, Chinese medicine group showed that treatment can delay the progression of CKD compared with western medicine group, and can reduce the incidence of renal replacement therapy in the two groups respectively. In the follow-up of the March and June SCr, GFR were statistically significant (P<0.05, P<0.01) two, GFR group in comparison of traditional Chinese medicine group before and after the follow-up group were followed up in March, June, to compare the curative effect of significant effect (P<0.01), but the western medicine group in follow-up showed no significant difference (P>0.05). Treatment group two curative effect on blood lipid Effect of no significant difference (P>0.05), in the same group before and after the follow-up, the only medicine group were followed up after June and follow-up before TG have more effect (P<0.05). The two groups only in June after a follow-up 24hUTP TCM treatment curative effect is better than western medicine group (P<0.05), but no difference in TCM group were followed up in March. And the western medicine group had effect on reducing the 24hUTP. Compare the curative effect of TCM syndrome, follow-up after the March Chinese medicine group total effective rate was 63.3%, western medicine group the total effective rate was 10%, followed in June after the Chinese medicine group total effective rate was 96.7%, the western medicine group the total efficiency of 43.3%, Chinese medicine group was better than the western medicine group. Fatigue, back pain night, edema, urine clear long these symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine group is better than western medicine group (P<0.01), Yaoxisuanruan, aversion to cold, fatigue, dry mouth, dry stool, mouth sticky these symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine group is better than the western medicine group (P<0.05), anorexia, Fanre, head Dizzy, nausea, dark complexion, loose stool, skin symptoms such as a wrong no different between the two groups.Conclusion The Guben Xiezhuo method of Lv Renhe combined with western medicine therapy can effectively reduce the serum creatinine in patients with chronic renal failure (CRF), ameliorate the glomerular filtration rate, reduce 24h urine protein, relieve the clinical symptoms, and curative effect is better than that of simple western medicine treatment. |
