Purpose:By collecting the clinical data of patients with chronic renal failure,to observe the clinical effect of the decoction of reducing nitrogen based on the theory of "intestine kidney axis" in the treatment of chronic renal failure of spleen kidney qi deficiency and damp turbid blood stasis syndrome.Material and method:Through the method of retrospective study, the data of 81 patients with syndrome of spleen kidney qi deficiency, dampness, turbidity and blood stasis, diagnosed as chronic renal failure were collected.According to the different treatment methods, they were divided into treatment group(43 cases)and control group(38 cases). Both groups were given low salt and low fat diet, and the treatment of the primary disease included adjusting blood pressure and blood pressure Sugar, lower urinary protein, anti infection, smooth emotion, reasonable work and rest and other basic treatment, the treatment group was given the oral Chinese medicine decoction Shenshuai formula plus and minus combined with nitrogen reducing Decoction retention enema, the control group was given the oral Shenshuai formula plus and minus combined with oral medicinal charcoal tablets. In this process, the main symptoms of the two groups of patients were recorded, including TCM symptoms, western medicine clinical symptoms and signs, and laboratory indicators including urea nitrogen in renal function, creatinine in blood, glutamic oxaloacetate transaminase in liver function, glutamic pyruvate transaminase, and the conclusion was obtained through statistical software spss19.0 analysis.Results:1.In the aspect of TCM symptom score, there were 43 cases in the treatment group,1 case of clinical recovery,13 cases of significant effect,26 cases of effective,3 cases of ineffective, with a total effective rate of 93%;38 cases in the control group,0 case of clinical recovery,6cases of significant effect,23 cases of effective,9 cases of ineffective, with a total effective rate of 74%.From the above results,we can see that the two groups of treatment are effectivein the aspect of TCM syndrome score, and the treatment group is more effective.2.In the aspect of main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine(weakness of the whole body, aching back and soft knees, distention of the stomach, loose stools or constipation, numbness of limbs),the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.(P<0.05)3.In terms of Western medicine laboratory indicators, the decrease degree of serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.(p<0.05)4.In terms of clinical efficacy of Western medicine,5 cases were controlled in the treatment group,21 cases were effective,16 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective, the total effective rate was 97%;2 cases were controlled in the control group,10 cases were effective,20 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 84%.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(P<0.05)Conclusion:1.The treatment plan of the decoction of reducing nitrogen combined with the prescription of kidney failure has a satisfactory effect on the syndrome of spleen kidney qi deficiency and damp turbid blood stasis in chronic renal failure.2.The combination of the decoction of reducing nitrogen and the prescription of kidney failure can obviously improve the syndrome integral of spleen kidney qi deficiency and damp turbid blood stasis syndrome of chronic renal failure, and the effect is more significant.3.There is no obvious abnormality in liver function(alt,AST)of the patients with the decoction of reducing nitrogen, and it is safe and reliable to control the progress of chronic kidney disease.
