The Study Of Fengchi (GB20) Acupoint Before Qing Dynasty (Included) Clinical Application

Objective:Analyze the ancient rule of Fengchi clinical application,by the way of collecting literatures before Qing dynasty(Included).Methods:Regarding the TCM philology and DM(data mining) as the retrieval scope,set up Fengchi database about ancient clinical application in several ways that is indications by single Fengchi acupoint and compatibility of it,acupuncture or moxibustion means,and then analyze the lecture data by the Mircrosoft Office Excel Form.Results:14 kinds of 53 kinds of diseases which Fengchi is able to cure singly are divided into advantageous illness,meanwhile in 120 ailments treated by compatibility therapy,there are 25 kinds of high frequency compatibility sickness. During the record of Fengchi application,192 acupoints combined with Fengchi to treat desease,Fengfu,Baihui,Hegu,Shangxing,Zusanli,Quchi,Tianyou,Yixi,Dazhui,Xuanzhong,Ji anyu,Jingming,Jianshi,Jianjing,Sizhukong are the top fifteenth points.Needling and moxibustion are the mental irritate methods. Anciently,needling is the most common operational means.Conclusion:Comprehensively and systematically,The research results reflect the ancient clinical application regularity of Fengchi, which take the rolr of significant reference for modern clinical and scientific research.
