Clinical Study Of Du Moxibustion In Treating Chronic Simple Rhinitis With Qi Deficiency Of Lung And Spleen

Objective:Acupuncture was used as a control to evaluate the efficacy of DU Moxibustion in the treatment of chronic simple rhinitis with deficiency of lung spleen qi.Methods:This study was a randomized controlled trial,a total of 60 cases of TCM syndrome differentiation belong to chronic simple rhinitis patients with lung and spleen Qi deficiency syndrome,observation Group(treatment group)and control group(Acupuncture treatment Group)Each of 30 cases,the treatment period of detailed records of each patient's adverse reactions.Results:In comparison between the two groups before and after treatment,there was no statistically significant change in sign score,significant change in symptom score and total score,and statistically significant difference(p < 0.05).After treatment,both symptom score and total score showed very significant changes except the sign score(p > 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.01).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.3%.There was a very significant difference in the total therapeutic effect of the two groups on chronic simple rhinitis with Qi deficiency of lung and spleen.Conclusion : Compared with acupuncture treatment,du moxibustion treatment of lung and spleen deficiency of chronic simple rhinitis has a significant curative effect;At the same time,du moxibustion is easy to operate;it can reduce patients ' discomfort.Two treatment interval is relatively long,and Patients have high compliance.It should be popularized.
