| Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of fumigation and washing with modified HaiTongPi decoction on improving the functional disorder after reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament of knee joint.Methods:ACL fracture patients hospitalized with acute ACL injury and ACL reconstruction surgery from December 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 patients in each group;While the control group using conventional traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,the treatment group used in combination with routine therapy and flavored soup of pittosporum skin since postoperative day 1 for 1 week,in the morning and once every day,at the same time two groups of postoperative 1 day,3 days,7 days of swelling value,Lysholm score,VAS score changes,the income data are analyzed with SPSS 26.0 statistical software,set has no statistical significance(P>0.05,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Results:1.According to general data analysis,there were no significant differences in age,sex,weight and affected side between the two groups(P>0.05).No adverse events occurred during the study.2.There were statistically significant differences in postoperative limb swelling values between the two groups on the 3rd and 7th day after surgery(Pand the treatment group was significantly better than the control group;There were significant differences in Lysholm score and VAS pain score between the two groups on the 3rd and 7th postoperative days.Conclusion:the teacher cut of flavored pittosporum skin soup can effectively improve the limb swelling after ACL reconstruction,is more effective than simply use western medicine and physical therapy,at the same time also can improve the local features of patients with postoperative pain relieve patients and the perception of daily activity function,early effectively improve symptoms,improve quality of life,accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation,is worth further study and clinical promotion. |
