The Clinic Study Of Treatment To Frozen Shoulder By Using Balance Acupuncture And Dong Shi Meridian Points

Purpose:The purpose of this thesis is to study the clinical curative effect of the new therapy by using balance acupuncture and Dong Shi meridian points.It takes the clinical trial of the frozen shoulder treated by traditional acupuncture treatment to make out objective and scientific estimate,and provide therapeutic evidence for spreading of the new therapy by using balance acupuncture and Dong Shi meridian points.Method:The principles of clinical trials take randomize and comparison.The treatment group has 30 patients,and the control group is also too.Both two treatments comply with therapy scheme.The observed index is focus on shoulder pain and shoulder activity.Analysis of the index,can get the results and conclusion.Result:The improving shoulder activity and easing pain,there show the new therapy by using balance acupuncture and Dong Shi meridian points has better effect than that of the treatment of acupuncture.The instant effect of improving shoulder activity of balance acupuncture and Dong Shi meridian points is dissatisfactory.Furthermore,the new therapy by using balance acupuncture and Dong Shi meridian points has better effect on the total effect(the ratio of total effective is 93.34%),effect of easing pain(the ratio of total effective is 100%)and improving shoulder activity(the ratio of total effective is 90%)than traditional acupuncture.Conclusion:1.The new therapy by using balance acupuncture and Dong Shi meridian points has good effect on improving shoulder activity,easing pain,instant effect of relieving pain.2.The effect and long-date effect on total effect,easing pain,improving shoulder activity of the new therapy by using balance acupuncture and Dong Shi meridian points is better than traditional acupuncture.
