Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Dong's unique points combined with Conventional Acupuncture in treating of periarthritis of shoulder,by comparing the differences of curative effects between the the Dong's unique points combined with Conventional Acupuncture in treating of periarthritis of shoulder and only Conventional Acupuncture in treating of periarthritis of shoulder,to find a more effective treatment for shoulder periarthritis.At the same time,We can further deepen the understanding of Dong's unique points.Methods:The 60 patients with periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each with 30 cases.The treatment group was treated with Dong's unique points combined with Conventional Acupuncture,and the control group was treated with Conventional Acupuncture.Two groups all accept treatment for 2 weeks in a row,then,by comparing the two groups scored on pain visual analogue scale(VAS)and the Costant-Murley shoulder joint function score before treatment and after 1 week of treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment,to assess the degree of changes in shoulder pain and daily living ability and shoulder joint activity before and after treatment and ultimately evaluate the efficacy.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,Dong's unique points combined with Conventional Acupuncture and single Conventional Acupuncture can relieve patients shoulder pain,improve the daily life activity ability,improve the shoulder joint activity degree,the curative effect is clear(all P<0.01).After 1 week of treatment,the score of VAS in the treatment group is(3.537±1.022),and the control score is(4.267±1.324),and there is a significant difference between two groups(t=-2.390,P=0.020<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the score of VAS in the treatment group is(1.173±1.334),and the score of the control group is(2.533± 1.833),and there is a significant difference between two groups(t=-3.285,P=0.002<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the score of daily activity of the treatment group is(15.300±2.423),and the score of the control group is(14.767±2.674).There is no significant difference between two groups(t=0.809,P=0.422>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the score of daily activity of the treatment group is(19.133±1.961),and the score of the control group is(16.933±2.363),and there is a significant difference between two groups(t=3.925,P<0.01).After 1 week of treatment,the score of joint activity of the treatment group is(30.833±3.659),and the control group score is(28.100±3.827),and there is a significant difference between two groups(t=2.828,P=0.006<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the score of joint activity in the treatment group is(36.333±4.459),while the control group scored(31.533±4.776),and there is a significant difference between two groups(t=4.024,P<0.01).After the treatment of the two groups,in the treatment group,9 people were cured(30.00%),18 people get better(60.00%),and 3 people have no effect(10·00%),and the total effective rate is 90.00%.in the control group,3 people were cured(10.00%),20 people get better(66.67%),and 7 people have no effect(23.33%),and the total effective rate is 76.67%.The difference between the groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dong's unique points combined with Conventional Acupuncture and single Conventional Acupuncture treat the shoulder periarthritis are all effective.However,the treatment group is better than the control group in relieving patients shoulder pain and improving the daily life activity and improving the shoulder joint activity degree.And the treatment group's clinical curative effect is more significant,its treatment program is worthy of clinical promotion.
