Risk management is very important for project's success.Through the whole life cycle of every project,risk is appearing and disturbing the project constantly,that is negative influence to the goal of project.All the projects have to face risks.So,companies focus on how to identify and management risks more and more.As the support of modern medical services,the information system development is a multidisciplinary project including medical,IT,etc.There are so many additional risks from demand change,team member mobility,complex management and limitation of funds.So,putting in to use scientific and normative project risk management system becomes the primary security of project succeed.Therefore,how to execute efficient and feasible project risk management is new challenge of IT trade.This paper focuses on family doctor service management system development in HK Co.,Ltd.After describing the project and HK Co.,Ltd,it analyses each risk factor existing in the project implementation process.The writer used modern project management and project risk management theory comprehensively.The checklist method,brainstorming,Delphi,probability-influence matrix,AHP are used into the project risk factors identification,qualitative and quantitative risk assessment.Risk response plan can be set out according to the risk of different levels.And the project risk can be controlled by corresponding technical method effectively.Through this research,it hopes to conduct a deeper exploration and innovation based on the existing system development project risk management theory,and explore a set of model for China's medical information mechanism project risk management theory in practice.Thereby,project can be managed efficiently,including reducing project risk losses and increasing the probability of project success.
