With the development of the national economy and the general concern of health issues,people's demand for medical services has increased year by year,especially with the shortage of quality medical resources and uneven distribution."One bed is hard to find" is often faced by severe mental patients.Puzzle.Psychiatric hospitals are relatively special specialist hospitals.They are different from the characteristics of general hospitals or other specialized hospitals in terms of service targets,project construction,and management models.There are various uncertain risk factors in hospital construction and operation management.This paper comprehensively applies to systematically study the risks that may be faced in the whole process of the construction project of the Fifth People's Hospital of Nanning.This paper first introduces the general situation and construction background of the construction project of the Fifth People's Hospital of Nanning,and further elaborates the connotation,characteristics and basic types of risk management of construction projects.Based on this,the paper focuses on the analysis of the construction project of the Fifth People's Hospital Complex in Nanning,and attempts to systematically demonstrate that the project may be encountered during the preparation and construction process through the gradual discussion of risk analysis and risk assessment.Risks and corresponding countermeasures,including risk analysis including policy and legal risk analysis,economic and social risk analysis,engineering technology economic risk analysis and project management risk analysis,covering the existence or potential of 16 risk factors.Based on this,the analytic hierarchy process is further used to systematically evaluate the risk factors and propose specific countermeasures.The research in this paper aims to put forward some effective methods for the construction project of the Fifth People's Hospital Complex of Nanning City.At the same time,it also carries out risks for the project construction unit.Management work provides a certain theoretical basis and practical guidance.
