A Study On The Influencing Factors Of The Utilization Of Medical And Health Services Among The Floating Population

With the speeding up of industrialization and town urbanization process,the number of the floating population in China is increasing.The emergence of the floating population is unique phenomenon in the process of social transformation of China,they are made great contributions to the city modernization construction and the health development of economy.However themselves are faced with various health related problems.They faced high work pressure,low income level,poor diet condition and living environment,the lack of health care knowledge,and many health problems.What's worse,in this part of them only few people can enjoy the city provides all kinds of health resources and social benefits,thus brought a barrier for medical service use to a certain way.The floating population is the social vulnerable groups,scattered in various major economically developed areas,large number,medical and health services utilization will not only affect their own health,can also affect the health of society.Therefore,no matter from the protection of the floating population themselves health,maintain the health security of the whole city,promote the smooth development of urbanization process,or from the perspective of solving the problem of floating population social integration,building a harmonious society,should pay attention to the floating population health and health service utilization,increase the utilization level of its medical service.In order to analyze the factors influencing health services utilization behavior of the floating population,improve the level of medical and health services utilization of the floating population,This paper is based on the study of research thoughts and the main achievements about the medical and health services utilization by scholars at home and abroad,and through the questionnaire survey of floating population health status,using descriptive analysis,interaction analysis method and regression analysis methods,respectively discusses the basic situation of the floating population,medical and health service demand and utilization;Differences in the use of medical and health services for floating population;And the factors affecting the utilization of medical and health services for floating population.The results show that the tendency characteristic factor,ability factor and demand factor of different floating population behavior differences in health service utilization,and the factors influencing health services utilization of the floating population behavior variety: tendency characteristics of gender,age,culture level factors;Ability factors of the average monthly wage,the types of ginseng,time factor;And the need factor of self-reported health status and suffering from chronic diseases in different extent influence and hindering the medical and health services utilization of the floating population behavior.On this basis,according to the problems existing in the medical and health services utilization of the floating population behavior and its influencing factors,put forward to promote medical and health services utilization of the floating population behavior countermeasures and Suggestions.
