ObjectiveThe purpose of this study was to explore the level and influencing factors of fear cancer recurrence in lymphoma patients at different time points within 6 months after disease progression,to analyze its change trajectory,to explore the main influencing factors of fear cancer recurrence in each stage,so as to provide the basis for the later implementation of targeted intervention.MethodsA total 279 patients with lymphoma who received chemotherapy completed the Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form?FoP-Q-SF?,the Perceived Social Support Scale?PSSS?,the Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire?SCSQ?and Brif Illness Perception Questionnaire?Brief-IPQ?at baseline, and 3 and 6 months later.from August 2016 to August 2017 in a third-level first-class hospital in Henan province.Analysis was performed using SPSS v21.0 software?IBM Corporation,Armonk,NY,USA?.Descriptive statistics are presented as the mean±standard deviation?SD?or as numbers?proportions?.ANOVA?t-test and Pearson correlation analysis were used to analyze the relationship between FoP-Q-SF and general data,PSSS,SCSQ Brief-IPQ.Multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors of FCR.Use repeated measurement to predict change of FCR and its influencing factorsResults1.Follow-up:279 patients were included in this study.after 6 months of follow-up,19 patients were lost, the rate of loss of follow-up was 6.81%,7 patients died, and the mortality rate was 2.51%.2.The level of cancer recurrence fear at different time points:?1?at T1 point the mean score of FoP-Q-SF was?36.37±10.47?,167 cases?59.9%?had a FCR score?34.?2?at T2 point, the mean score of FoP-Q-SF was?34.94±8.98?,157 cases?58.8%?had a FCR score?34.?3?at T3 point, the mean score of FoP-Q-SF was?33.83±7.74?,164cases?64.8%?had a FCR score?34.3.The trend of fear of cancer recurrence:the FoP-Q-SF score of lymphoma patients decreased atT1,T2 and T3,the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?,indicating that the degree of fear of cancer recurrence decreased.4.Analysis of the influencing factors of FCR at each time point:?1?the main influencing factors of FCR at T1 point were marriage, age, gender, income, positive coping, negative coping, significant other support and disease cognition;?2?the main influencing factors of FCR at T2 were marriage, age, disease stage, family support, significant other support, positive coping, negative coping and disease cognition.?3?the main influencing factors of FCR at T3 were gender, family support, significant other support and disease cognition.Conclusion1.The level of FCR in patients with lymphoma is not optimistic,Over the three time points, more than 50%of patients had a FCR score?34.2.The level of FCR in patients with lymphoma showed a downward trend.3.The fear of cancer recurrence in lymphoma patients was affected by many factors. We should pay more attention to young married female patients who have heavy economic burden, serious illness, low level of social support, negative cognition of disease and negative coping style.so as to reduce the level of their FCR.4.The influencing factors of FCR in lymphoma patients changed at different time points, suggesting that medical staff should be aware of this changes and provide different cares for patients.
