Objective:The research through the case-control study,To explore the pregnancy with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)patients the levels of IL-6,IL-18,and the relationship with the fetal growth and developmentMethods:Collected from May 2015 to December 2016 in Binzhou Medical College Hospital hospitalized delivery of OSAHS maternal 35 included in the experimental group,Choose the same period of 65 healthy pregnant women as the control group,Weeks were?37 weeks and?41 weeks. In the wake of sleep and sleep monitoring the next morning after the awakening of fating venous blood collected 5ml,After standing for 20min,Centrifuge at 3000r/min for 10 min,Separate the serum ater storage at-20? in the refrigerator,The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect and analyze, and by comparing the two groups of neonatal birth weight and Apgar score to see whether there is no statistical difference.Results:IL-6 and IL-18 levels:Study of 35 cases of OSAHS pregnant women,65 healthy pregnant women, the levels of IL-6 and IL-18 in OSAHS group were significantly higher than those in healthy pregnant women group by ELISA and statistical analysis,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Neonatal weigh t and Apgar score:The birth weight of pregnant women in OSAHS group was significantly lower than that in control group. However, there was no significant difference in Apgar scores(breathe?heart rate?muscle tension?throat reflex?skin color)between the two groups. Conclusions:The levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in pregnant women with OSAHS were significantly higher than those in healthy pregnant women, increased inflammatory factors in the body through the acute and chronic inflammatory response and damage to the vascular endothelium and other organs to a certain extent, can change the normal intauterine growth environment, for the growth and development of the fetus have an impact.
