Purpose:By detecting the level of serum inflammatory factors in children with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS),verify the existence of systemic inflammatory response in children with OSAHS,and explore OSAHS-specific serological markers for children to diagnose and predict diseases early The severity of the disease.Method:83 children with OSAHS who visited the hospital from June 2019 to February2020 were selected as the experimental group(OSAHS group),and 83 healthy children without snoring symptoms during the same period were used as the control group(the difference in age, gender, and BMI between the two groups was not Statistical significance, the two groups are comparable).Children in the OSAHS group underwent nocturnal sleep monitoring for more than 7 hours.According to the diagnostic criteria of the draft guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome in children(Urumqi 2007),OSAHS was divided into mild OSAHS group, moderate OSAHS group and severe OSAHS group.ELISA method was used to detect the concentration of YKL-40,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,CRP,and TNF-α in the serum of children in the experimental group and the control group, and the data was processed and analyzed using SPSS 19.0 statistical software to compare the experiments The difference between the 6 inflammatory factors between the group and the control group was compared between the OSAHS group in the mild group, the moderate group and the severe group.Result:1.Compared with the control group, the concentration of serum YKL-40,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 increased in the OSAHS group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Compared with the control group, there was no statistically significant difference in serum CRP and TNF-α concentration in OSAHS group(P> 0.05).Serum YKL-40 and IL-8 in OSAHS group were positively correlated with AHI(P <0.05).2.In the OSAHS group, the serum IL-6 concentration increased, and the mild group was statistically significant compared with the moderate and severe OSAHS groups(P <0.05).In the OSAHS group, there was no significant difference in serum YKL-40,IL-8,and IL-10 concentrations between the three groups(mild, moderate, and severe)(P> 0.05).3.In the OSAHS group, serum YKL-40,IL-8 were positively correlated with AHI(P<0.05);YKL-40 was positively correlated with IL-6 and IL-8(P <0.05);YKL-40 was negatively correlated with IL-10 Related(P <0.05).4.YKL-40 was positively correlated with total serum Ig E(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.The serum IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 concentration in children with OSAHS is higher than that in normal children, suggesting that inflammation is involved in children’s OSAHS.YKL-40 is correlated with IL-6,IL-8 and IL-10,suggesting that the inflammatory response in children with OSAHS may be interacted by multiple inflammatory factors..2.For the first time,it was confirmed that the concentration of serum YKL-40 in children with OSAHS was higher than that in normal children, which was positively correlated with AHI,suggesting that YKL-40 may participate in children’s OSAHS disease and provide new ideas for children with OSAHS disease..3.The increase of serum YKL-40 concentration in children with OSAHS is positively correlated with total serum Ig E,suggesting that allergic factors may cause the increase of YKL-40.
