Study On Distribution Of Patients With Mental Disorders Caused By Craniocerebral Injury And Related Influencing Factors

ObjectivesFor epidemiological analysis of severe brain injury patients with mental disorders,discusses the three distribution between mental disorders caused by craniocerebral injury and the epidemiological characteristics,analyze the related risk factors,for craniocerebral injury to provide a scientific basis for postoperative rehabilitation of mental disorders.Methods204 patients with mental disorders caused by craniocerebral injury who used in-patient services during July,2015 to June,2017 in some hospital were selected in this study.SPSS 19.0 was used to analyze the data.Chi-square test,rank-sum test were used to explore the associated factors.Significant level was set at 0.05ResultsTrauma patients with moderately severe craniocerebral injury combined accounted for other parts of the body injury is higher,common in frontal temporal lobe damage,mental disorder type is given priority to with intelligent damage syndrome and brain injury syndrome.Full set of severe craniocerebral injury caused by mental disorders,injury identification of the patient 99 cases(48.2%),disability evaluation of 74 cases(36.6%),psychiatric assessment 31 cases(15.1%)is given priority to with men,this study selected the crowd high proportion in young adults,proportion of workers and peasants,elementary school and junior high school culture and socioeconomic status.Select patients because of traffic accident injury in 147 cases(71.9%),the injured,pedestrians most(38.5%).Injury appraisal results:62 cases with injuries(62.7%),24 cases(24.2%),minor minor injury in 13(13.0%),the most complex cases craniocerebral injury,the identification time within 30 days of most cases.ConclusionPeople with mental disorders caused by craniocerebral injury caused the most traffic accidents and many pedestrians.The injury is mainly caused by serious injury,the intelligent injury is mostly seen,the degree of disability is mainly mild disability,the disability evaluation time is more than half a year.Epidemiological analysis showed that young men and peasants were mainly young men,with low educational level.On the fitness of craniocerebral injury leads to mental disorders identification,disability assessment should consider the relevant factors,namely,the degree of craniocerebral injury,symptoms of mental disorders,the types of mental disorders,personality changes,mental damage and factors related to evaluation time,concrete analysis of specific cases.
