| The schizophrenia is a group of common and serious mental diseases with its prevalence rate of 1% in the world population. With the rapid industrialization, the prevalence rate of schizophrenia increases obviously. The research indicated that the schizophrenia is chronic and difficult controlling diseases with high crippling rate of over 75%, which is the main reasons to cause the mental disability and composes approximately 80% of the mental disability. Similar to the other countries, the high prevalence and crippling rate of the schizophrenia has affected seriously people's health and quality of life in our country. The cause of schizophrenia disability is generally regarded as multi- factor: including the factors of the disease itself (sub styles, sickness form, arises age, and so on), the factors of medicine treatment (treatment compliance, treatment result, clinical symptom, and so on) and the soci-psychological factor (marital status, family economics, family atmosphere. family member manner, situation of being cared for, and so on).The causes of the schizophrenia are unknown now, so it is difficult for prevention. The key of the community spirit medicine at present is to analysis the factors influencing the mental disability, to discover the training methods and to reduce the occurrence of the mental disability. The situation of the schizophrenia mental disability in Shaoxing County is investigated hi this paper. We hope to study the influencing factors of the mental disability and to provide the scientific basis for treatment of the schizophrenia in community.1. Material and methodWe elected three towns with stratified sampling from Shaoxing County according to the economy, the objects are all permanent residents .The investigation of the schizophrenia adopts the clue investigation and home investigation. Three towns offer 910 clue patients. More than 5 years experienced doctors of psychiatric department visit clue patient family one by one to make a definite diagnosis. There are 311 schizophrenia patients. We collect the relevant medical history and materials treated previously at the same time. Spirit disabled evaluation and relevant influence factors are investigated by home visit and asking patient' family. We investigate 300 cases actually. The result shows there are 258 cases of metal disability and 42 cases of non-metal disability. According to the disabled grade, it is divided into four groups. There are 102 cases of slight degree, 43 cases of middle degree, 25 cases of heavy degree and 88 cases of extremely heavy degree. No metal disabled is as control group.The content contains three parts: general state, the disabled state of spirit and the analysis of disabled influence factors. It contains age, sex, education, job state, the disabled grades, marriage, arises age, the starting form of illness, recurring times, course of disease, treat constant, symptom alleviation situation, negative symptom condition, family economy , family attitude , familyatmosphere, etc.We analyze the factors which possible influence on schizophrenia spirit disabled with SPSS and SAS software package, and analyze multifactor which influence on schizophrenia spirit disabled patient with ordinal logistic regression model.2. ResultThe result shows there are 258 metal disabled patients in various degrees among 300 cases of schizophrenia patient. The rate of disabled is 86.00%, including 102 cases of slight degree (account for 34.00%), 43 cases of middle degrees (14.34%), 25 cases of heavy degree (8.33%), 88 cases of extremely heavy degree (29.33%). According to different sex, there are 114 cases of man's metal disability (85.71%), 144 cases of women's metal disability (86.23%). The metal disability of sex does not have significancly difference (X2=0.0162, P>0.05). The social function defect of metal disabled patient shows in job and work, society associate, responsibility and planning, etc. It is relatively light in the damaged activity among a small circle and caring for oneself.The result... |
