Objective This study is to further explore the related risk factors of cerebral infarctionoccurred after craniocerebral injury and postoperative cerebral infarction, improve clinicalunderstanding of caused by cerebral infarction after craniocerebral injury and to guideclinical early intervention, to curb the further development of cerebral infarction,so as toimprove the prognosis of patients. Methods To collect Yan’an university affiliated hospital neurosurgery in January2011-January2013,200cases of patients with craniocerebral trauma after craniotomy forresearch object, including25cases of cerebral infarction occurred after craniotomy forcases, meningioma surgery175cases as control group, there was no cerebral infarction,collected200cases of craniocerebral injury patients with craniotomy information must becomplete. According to the medical professional knowledge and refer to the previousliterature, may influence caused by cerebral infarction after craniocerebral injury riskfactors, the concrete content includes patient’s age, gender and on C-reactive protein (C-reactive protein, CRP),blood glucose, systolic blood pressure, Glasgow Coma Scale(Glasgow Coma Scale, GCS), the types of injury, subarachnoid hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, SAH), cerebral hernia, and intraoperative to bone discdecompression, brain tissue bulging, the technique used in the dehydration medicine andrelated risk factors. According to the cases in history, past medical history, physicalexamination and various auxiliary examination results fill in unified questionnaires tocollect information. Groups may influence the risk factors of cerebral infarction occurred after craniotomy for statistical analysis, to identify high risk factors of cerebral infarctionoccurred after craniotomy. Results According to the presence of cerebral infarction were divided into two groups,25cases of cerebral infarction group,15cases were male, female10cases, age2~70,mean age (27.2+10.0), the175cases of cerebral infarction group, male100, female75,age10to65years, mean age (30.5+12.1), two groups of gender, age, P>0.05, therewas no statistically significant difference, on admission in patients with CRP, risk factors, blood sugar (P>0.05), statistically insignificant difference, Logistic regression analysisthrough statistics, when patients admitted to hospital, lower systolic blood pressure, GCS<8points, cerebral contusion of bulging, subdural hematoma, brain tissue, dehydrationtechnique is used in medicine, subarachnoid hemorrhage, cerebral hernia, P <0.05,differences are statistically significant. Conclusion Through this study, patients with lower systolic blood pressure onadmission, GCS<8points, cerebral contusion of, subdural hematoma and subarachnoidhemorrhage, cerebral hernia caused by cerebral infarction after craniocerebral injury, such as the related risk factors of postoperative cerebral infarction occurs usuallybetween4h-7d, mostly in the occipital lobe, temporal top among them, with medium andsevere type of cerebral infarction, the most common postoperative cerebral infarction ofthe clinicians deal with enough attention, especially after7d should attach greatimportance to, and in the event of infarction after early diagnosis and effective treatmentand reduce the complications, mortality, and improve patients prognosis.
