Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of stretching exercises combined with low-level-laser therapy in treating plantar fasciitis,to study the effect of this therapy on pain and functional recovery caused by plantar fasciitis,to explore the advantages of the combination of stretching exercises and low-level-laser therapy.Provide a more convenient and effective clinical treatment for plantar fasciitis. Methods 54 patients who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(n = 27)and control group(n = 27).Daily continuous treatment for 5 days as a course of treatment, the treatment lasted for 6 courses, before and after treatment with Visual analogue score(VAS)?American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society Score(AOFAS),complete the two groups of patients before and after treatment longitudinal contrast,as well as horizontal contrast between the group,at the same time after the treatment of clinical efficacy evaluation, data and comparative analysis. Results There was no significant difference in sex,age and course of disease between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The scores of VAS and ankle-hind foot AOFAS in control group and treatment group were improved after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group is superior to the control group(P<0.05),the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Stretching exercises combined with low-level-laser therapy is effective in the treatment of plantar fasciitis.Stretching exercises has obvious advantages in the treatment of plantar fasciitis.
