ObjectivePlantar fasciitis, one of the most common mankind’s foot disorders, caused by a variety of pathogenies, is manifested as the pain at the stop point of the plantar fascia, greatly affects the quality of the patients’life and work. The issue with a small needle knife and stretching exercise therapy plantar fasciitis, a prospective randomized controlled study to explore the role of this therapy for plantar fasciitis,providing scientific ideas and methods for clinical treatment, which is the purpose of this study and significance.MethodSelect the Guangdong Provincial Hospital orthopedic outpatients, according to plantar fasciitis clinical diagnostic criteria included, no exclusion criteria were collected92patients.They were randomly divided into three groups:stretching exercise therapy group with a small needle knife, stretching the exercise group, small needle knife therapy group were given appropriate treatment, and in one month, three months, six months follow-up, the application of foot function Index (The Foot Function Index) and morning pain visual analog scale (VAS) value as an efficacy evaluation, efficacy of different treatment groups, and the collected data entry SPSS19.0analysis.ResultsCases included92cases,31cases stretching exercises with a needle small knife treatment group, a small needle knife in the control group31cases,30cases of plantar fascia stretching exercise. Three groups of patients before and after6months of treatment visual analog scale and foot function index improved significantly compared with the treatment, P<0.05, statistically significant. Follow-up one month, three months, six months later, the patient morning pain visual analog scale (VAS) and foot function index, stretch exercise with a small knife treatment group the largest decline, with a small knife treatment group, stretching exercise therapy group compared both P<0.05, statistically significant.Conclusion1.Both of the small needle knife therapy, the plantar fascia stretching exercise therapy and the combination therapy can improve the morning pain and foot function index of the patient with plantar fasciitis2. The plantar fascia stretching exercise therapy has a poor short-term effect, which is worse than the needle-knife3. The small needle knife therapy has a poor long-term effect, which is worse than the plantar fascia stretching exercise4. The medium and long-term effects of the comnination therapy are significantly superior to the needle-kuife and stretching exercise therapy...
