Objective:To observe the curative effect of dialectical acupoint selection and meridian sinew nodal points with ESWT under the guidance of meridian theory in the treatment of plantar fasciitis.Evaluate whether ESWT stimulation plays a regulatory role of acupoint or not.Explore the feasibility of combining meridian theory with ESWT to interfere with plantar fasciitis. The 80 subjects with plantar fasciitis were divided into experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. All subjects received basic treatment of electroacupuncture plus moxibustion were performed once a day. Each week was treated for 5 days, and 5 times of treatment form a course. Each treatment course rested for 2 days.A total of 3 courses of treatments were performed. The observation group perform ESWT on acupuncture points and meridian sinew nodal points at the time of acupuncture treatment. The control group use normal ESWT on pain points at the time of acupuncture treatmet. The ESWT in the observation group and the control group was once a week,3 times for a course of treatment,a total of one course of treatment were performed. Both groups were evaluated before treatment,at the end of the course of treatment, and at the follow-up of one month using the evaluation indicators(first morning FRS score,AHS scoring system, and TCM syndrome integral scale).Results:1.Compared with before treatment, the FRS scores,AHS scores, and TCM syndrome scores of two groups were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05).The results showed that both groups were effective.2.After treatment, there was no significant difference in the FRS scores and AHS scores between the two groups(P(29)0.05).However,there are significant differences in TCM syndrome scores(P<0.05).3.Compared with before treatment, there were significant differences betweenthe two groups in the first step of FRS scores,AHS scores, and TCM syndrome scores at the follow-up.(P<0.05);Compared with after treatment, there were significant differences between the two groups in the first step of FRS scores,AHS scores at the follow-up(P<0.05),The TCM syndrome scores in the observation group was better than that after treatment(P<0.05),But there was no significant difference in the control group(P(29)0.05),that suggested there may be short-term follow-up effect in both groups of treatment, and the follow-up effect is better than the end of treatment.4.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the first step of FRS scores at the follow-up,the observation group was better than the control group in improving AHS scores and TCM syndrome scores(P <0.05),suggesting that the follow-up effect of the observation group is superior to the control group in some aspects.Conclusion:1.Dialectical acupoint and meridian sinew nodal point selection with ESWT under the guidance of meridian theory in the treatment of plantar fasciitis is as good as conventional ESWT treatment, both therapies have follow-up effect, but the former is stronger than the latter.2.ESWT stimulates acupoint under the guidance of meridian theory, which can enhance the regulation of acupoint on the meridians and organs.
