The Clinical Study Of The Three-steps Manipulation In The Treatment Of Senile Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective: Compared with the treatment group( the three-steps manipulations) and control group( traditional technique massage methods), exploring the effect of the treatment group in senile lumbar disc herniation and providing much more reliable evidence for clinical promotion and application.Methods: According to the inclusion criteria, 60 cases of elderly patients with LDH were selected. The author adopted the randomize control method and divided them into the Treatment group(the three-steps manipulation)and the control group(traditional technique massage methods).Through doing some statistical analysis to the relevant data after observing and analyzing the changes of Visual Analog Scale.(VAS) and Japanese society evaluation standard Department of orthopedics low back pain(JOA score), comparing the clinical effects of the two groups.Results:1 According to Visual Analog Scale.(VAS), there was a significant difference between two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared(P < 0.05).After the treatment of two groups of patients with scores were significantly different(P < 0.05).2 According to Japanese society evaluation standard Department of orthopedics low back pain(JOA score),there was a significant difference between two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared(P < 0.05). After the treatment of two groups of patients with scores were significantly different(P < 0.05).3 After the treatment,the treatment group:96.67%obvious curative rate,control group:93.33%obvious curative rate;After the treatment of two groups of patients with scores were significantly different(P < 0.05).Conclusion The research shown that both groups can effectively helpful in senile lumbar disc herniation patients. But the curative effect of the treatment group are better than the control group in pain-ease, and symptoms. And the three-steps manipulation has its own advantages of light, less time operate and easy to accept. So we can think that the three-steps manipulation is an effective clinical method and is worth promoting.
