Objective:To study the depressive status of colorectal cancer patients,an investigation was carried on colorectal cancer patients in a grade-A tertiary hospital in Changchun City, which include the following factors:demographic characteristics,disease-related conditions, economic conditions, care conditions, social support, family care, medical coping.Through putting forward targeted suggestions and countermeasures,to improve the mental health of patients with colorectal cancer, improve the quality of life of patients to provide a scientific basis.Through putting forward suggestions to improve the patients'psychological condition and provide theoretical basis for clinical practice. Methods:The research objects are colorectal cancer patients which were hospitalized in a classified 3A Hospital of Changchun City from July 01,2017 to February 28,2018.Data were collected by collecting medical records and one-to-one questionnaires, which included general information, perceived social support,self-rating depressio, family care index and medical coping.Epi Data 3.1 was used to entry data.IBM SPSS24.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results:The total detection rate of depression in colorectal cancer patients was 74.1%.The detection rates of mild depression, moderate depression and severe depression were 13.8%,24.4%and 35.9%respectively,and the depression score was64.04±14.27.The univariate analysis showed that there were no significant differences in demographic characteristics, tumor differentiation, metastasis, stoma, chronic history, cancer pain, nutritional status, and economic status among the subjects. There were significant differences in depression detection rates among different physical status scores,self-rated care burden and illness degree groups(P<0.05).The highest depression detection rate was 78.8%for those with grade 0 physical status score, the lowest depression detection rate was 68.9%for those with heavy burden of self-rated care and the highest depression detection rate was for those with average burden of self-rated care 88.1%;the depression detection rate was the lowest(67.2%)in the patients with complete knowledge of the disease, and the highest(80.5%)in the patients with partial knowledge of the disease. There was no significant difference in the prevalence of depression in patients with colorectal cancer with different levels of social support(?~2=3.914,P<0.141).Correlation analysis showed that family care was negatively correlated with depression(r_p=-0.180,P=0.001).Logistic regression analysis showed that self-rated care burden and family care were independent influencing factors of depression in colorectal cancer patients.Compared with those with higher burden of self-rated care, the average burden of self-rated care had a higher risk of depression(OR=1.234,95%CI:1.654~7.128).The higher the family care, the lower the risk of depression(OR=0.408,95%CI:0.532~0.832).Conclusion:There was a higher detection rate of depression in colorectal cancer patients, and the level of mental health needs to be further improved.Self-rated care burden and family care were independent influencing factors of depression in colorectal cancer patients. It was suggested that we should pay attention to the mental health of colorectal cancer patients.
