With people's awareness of their own health,moxibustion has become an important way of people's health care.However,there is currently a shortage of moxibustion physiotherapy resources.Moxibustion in medical institutions requires long queues,moxibustion is expensive,and effective moxibustion time is short,while home moxibustion equipment can only perform single acupoint moxibustion and cannot perform comprehensive physical therapy.In summary,at present,moxibustion equipment generally has temperature that cannot be effectively controlled,which is prone to skin burns and no smoke treatment equipment,and cannot meet market demand.Through the detailed analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of moxibustion physiotherapy equipment in the current market,combined with the actual needs of the project,this paper designs and implements a shared moxibustion physiotherapy system.In view of the current shortage of moxibustion resources,moxibustion waiting time is long,and moxibustion treatment is expensive.This paper designs Android client as human-computer interaction interface,with moxibustion advance reservation function,and then realizes scan code use and realizes moxibustion treatment resources.For the current market,moxibustion equipment can only be used for single acupoint moxibustion.This paper takes the distribution of traditional Chinese medicine acupoints as the starting point,and combines the results of ANSYS temperature field simulation in the bed to design the point distribution and the structure of the moxibustion bed heating device.Acupoint heat radiation temperature focusing is realized;for the current moxibustion equipment,the effective moxibustion time is short and it is easy to cause skin burns.According to the temperature simulation of the acupoint test point,the STM32F103 is used as the core microcontroller,combined with the PID temperature control algorithm,the closed loop is designed.The temperature control system realizes the effective control of temperature and maximizes the prolonged effective moxibustion treatment time.For the moxibustion process,the smoke can not be processed,and through the simulation results of the flow field in the bed,the smoke oil purification treatment scheme is designed and passed through the high voltage electric field.Three processes of physical filtration and weak chemical reaction have been effectively solved.Smoke deal with difficult issues.On the basis of the above work,the system is tested and the results show that the system can work normally.And the system has passed the acceptance of a medical company in Guangdong,and basically realized the expected design requirements of the shared moxibustion physiotherapy system.
