Design And Implementation Of Internet Hospital Doctor Client System Based On Android

With the rapid development of information technology,various software applications using Internet and computer technology have been integrated into every aspect of people's life.And in the medical field,traditional offline in the hospital to see a doctor,wait for long distance and high cost,difficult to trace the problem such as personal history is always difficult to make patients obtained satisfactory medical experience.This has become a medical pain point often mentioned.In recent years,there have also been some pc-based telemedicine system solutions,but the poor user experience caused by the limitation of the use of the site and the lag of hardware equipment upgrade still restricts the improvement of treatment efficiency.In order to solve these problems that hinder the utilization of medical resources,the Internet hospital system is constructed.The design and implementation of the Internet hospital doctor client application will be introduced in this thesis.It is an online diagnosis and treatment application based on Android system.The main functions of the application are to realize the diagnosis of doctors and patients,consultation of doctors and experts,and generation and review of electronic medical records and prescriptions.The background of the Internet hospital project and the current situation of Internet medicine are introduced in this thesis first.Then I introduced the key technologies and development environments used in the project development,including the SSH framework,the MVC/MVP design pattern,the JSON data format,the Ok Http3 + Retrofit HTTP network framework,and the project development environment.In the part of system demand analysis,this thesis explains the front and back end division of the whole system and the function of each part by introducing the background of the Internet hospital system.Then,the requirements of doctor client application were analyzed,including user roles,functions and non-functions.In the design and implementation section,this thesis proposes the overall design of doctor client application.And for the specific construction of the network framework,such as: request parameter signature,Ok Http interceptor,network framework design and implementation are described in detail.The common MVP pattern base classes encapsulation are introduced.Also,for the application of each main function modules such as consultation,medical record prescription,doctor expert consultation part through the flow diagram,sequence diagram and class diagram has made the detailed design and implementation of the scheme description.Finally,the completed system was tested.Through the completion of the test cases results concluded that the system has realized the design for each function,performance and compatibility also reached the expected results.The system has been put into practice in the pilot hospitals,it achieved the expected design requirements in all aspects.
