With the improving of the standard of living,people have paid more attention to the sterilizing effect.But the sterilizers in the clinics were simple and crude.They couldn`t suit our qualifications.It has been over twenty years since the single-chip entered China, and it has been applied in the different practical projects because of it's characteristic, such as small bulk, multifunction, flexible extension, convenient use and so on. Fuzzy control is one of the typical intelligent control methods. Its most outstanding advantage is not to derive a mathematics model of control system. It is especially adapted for non-linear, time-varying and lagging system. Considering the above mention,at the same time reference to the these days developments ,this thesis will research the application of single-chip PIC16F877 in the control system of temperature–pressure steamsterilizer.This dissertation's main contents are included as follows: Comparing many kinds of control system and then designing control system of temperature– pressure steamsterilizer based on fuzzy controlling strategy; devising the circuit of temperature and pressure; realizing the fuzzy control by assemble language; The fuzzy algorithm controlling system is simulated with MATLAB.At the same time,the software and the hardware are simulated under the virtual laboratory(PROTEUS).
