Evaluation And Optimization Of The Efficiency Of Public Health And Epidemic Prevention In T City

In October 2017,in the nineteen major reports,Xi Jinping pointed out that the healthy China strategy was firmly implemented,the prevention was adhered to,the patriotic health movement was carried out deeply,the healthy and civilized way of life was advocated and the major diseases were prevented and controlled.But the technology level of the medical industry can not meet the needs of social economic development and people's health.But the root of the conflict is that the government's investment is not enough,the application of health resources allocation is unreasonable,and the efficiency of medical services is low.To change this problem,the government should not only increase investment,but also make full use of the allocation of health resources.In this thesis,the efficiency of public health and epidemic prevention expenditure in T city as the research object,public health work is facing several challenges.The main existences of T city in the process of public health epidemic prevention are inadequate management system and operation system,the defective guarantee mechanism.There are loopholes in the basic system structure of disease control and the problem of disease prevention and control is not enough.The purpose of this study is to solve these problems and establish and improve the management of the efficiency of health and epidemic prevention in T city.There are five chapters in this thesis,including the introduction,the related theory,the construction of the efficiency evaluation model of public health prevention and prevention expenditure,the evaluation of the efficiency of public health prevention and prevention of public health in T and the optimization of the efficiency of public health prevention and treatment expenditure in T city.The first part mainly expounds the background and significance of the research,and summarizes the current research status at home and abroad;the second part analyzes and combs the related theories of public health expenditure,and lays a good theoretical foundation for the following.The third part constructs a set of evaluation model for the efficiency of public health prevention and prevention expenditure.Descriptive statistics and factor analysis were carried out by the inspectors.The fourth part of the public health prevention and treatment expenditure in the city of T was evaluated,and the problems existed in the public health prevention expenditure in the city of T were summarized.The fifth part combined with the problem of the evaluation of the efficiency of public health prevention and prevention expenditure in T City,and put forward the corresponding optimization suggestions.This thesis focuses on the study of the expenditure efficiency of public health and epidemic prevention system.We hope to solve the problem of unfairness in the efficiency of public health and epidemic prevention expenditure in order to improve the efficiency of its work as the direction,and make up a sound system as far as possible to provide guidance for the future public health epidemic prevention system.
