With the increasing of people's living conditions,the aging process is accelerating,the number of patients with diabetes is increasing rapidly,and the demand for professional care is urgent for diabetics.Diabetes specialist nurses play an important role in the health of diabetes patients,including education,self-management,prevention and delay of complications,and improving the quality of life.Diabetes specialist nurses are one of the early specialized nurses in our country,and the training of diabetes specialist nurses is an important way to improve the professional nursing skills and comprehensive quality of diabetes.The training of diabetes specialist nurses is inseparable from the evaluation of the training effect.The training effect is an important part of the training process and an important guarantee for the sustained and healthy development of the training.Current diabetes specialist nurse training effect was evaluated independently by training institutions,although the number of diabetes specialist nurse training in increasing year by year,the training scale is growing year by year,but there are different standards,training,training effect is uneven,seriously affected the healthy development of diabetes specialist nurses in our country,preventing the diabetes career progress.Therefore,a valid and systematic evaluation tool is needed for timely detection and summary of experience to ensure the training effect.This study is based on the Kirkpatrick Model.Through the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,feasible and objective training effect evaluation indicators are developed,which provides a certain basis for further research.Objective:Through a variety of research methods to build a diabetes specialist nurse training effect evaluation system,diabetes specialist nurse training is reallyfeasible objective evaluation standard,for diabetes specialist nurse training,examination and evaluation to provide data support and reference,in order to improve the training effect and promote the rapid development of diabetes specialist nurses.Methods:1 Through the literature research method and the topic group discussion,preliminarily sorted out a draft evaluation index for the training effect of diabetes specialist nurses.2 Develop comprehensive interview outline,to diabetes specialist nurses and their managers are semi-structured interviews and analysis of diabetes specialist nurses demand for training managers and the anticipation that the training effect,improve the draft.3 The organization convenes an expert meeting to delete,add,merge and modify the draft.4 Using Delphi method,20 experts were selected for two rounds of correspondence.The coefficient of variation,experts' positive coefficient,expert authority degree,expert opinion coordination coefficient and other expert consultation results are statistically analyzed.5 Using analytic hierarchy process and percentile weight method,the weights of all levels are analyzed,and the weight coefficients of all indicators are calculated and the consistency test is carried out.6 Using Cronbach 's ? coefficient and reliability to verify the reliability of the questionnaire and a half;The validity of the questionnaire was tested by structural validity and content validity.Results:1 The establishment of indicators: through qualitative and quantitative methods,after two rounds of experts and letters and tests of validity and validity,to determine the diabetes specialist training effectiveness evaluation system,including 4 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators,49three-level indicator.2 The results of the experts' interviews: the mean was 4.100-4.950,thestandard deviation was between 0.218-0.624,the coefficient of variation was between 0.044-0.152 and the full score was between 0.20-0.95.The positive coefficients of two experts were Is 100%;the author's coefficient of authority is 0.806;the coordination coefficient of experts at all levels is 0.25,0.32,0.20 respectively,and P <0.01,with statistical significance.3 Determination of weight: the use of analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the first-level indicators,the weight coefficient of the four first-level indicators are 0.116,0.156,0.400,0.326,the weight coefficient of indicators at all levels see Annex 2.4 Reliability and Validity Test: The overall index system Cronbach's ?coefficient was 0.963,sub-half reliability was 0.726;content of the total questionnaire validity index was 0.981,the content of each item validity index0.83-1.00;exploratory factor analysis The total contribution rate of extracting4 common factors is 63.542%.Conclusion: Build diabetes specialist nurse training effect evaluation system achieved consistent expert opinion,high degree of authority experts to teach,and to test reliability and validity of the questionnaire,good reliability and validity of,can for diabetes specialist nurse training,examination and evaluation,such as the provision of quantifiable reference standard.
