Clinical Observation Of Huazhuo Shunqi Decoction In The Treatment Of Hypertension Of Stagnation Of Phlegm And Dampness

Objective:By observing the influence of Huazhuo Shunqi Decoction on blood pressure,TCM syndromes,blood lipid,ABI and baPWV levels in patients with hypertension of phlegm-dampness congestion type,the effectiveness and safety of Huazhuo Shunqi Decoction in treating hypertension of phlegm-dampness congestion type were evaluated,in order to provide reference and clinical data for clinical treatment of hypertension with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods : 74 cases of hypertensive patients with phlegm-dampness congestion were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,37 cases in each group.The control group was given nifedipine controlled-release tablets.The treatment group was treated with Huazhuo Shunqi Decoction on the basis of Western medicine.Blood pressure,TCM syndromes,blood lipid,ABI and baPWV levels were observed before treatment,45 days after treatment and 90 days after treatment.All data were processed by SPSS22.0 statistical software.Results:There were 6 cases of exfoliation.Finally,68 cases participated in the statistics,34 cases in the treatment group and 34 cases in the control group.(1)Effective ratio of blood pressure:After 45 days and 90 days of treatment,the blood pressure of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment(P < 0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05)after 45 days and 90 days of treatment.(2)Comparison of TCM syndromes:After 45 and 90 days of treatment,the total effective rates of the control group were 70.59% and 76.47%,and those of the treatment group were 67.64% and 88.24%,respectively.The results showed that 45 days after treatment,the curative effect of the two groups was similar(P > 0.05),90 days after treatment,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)Comparison of therapeutic effects of blood lipids:The levels of TG and HDL-C in the two groups were improved after 45 days and 90 days of treatment(P < 0.05).The levels of TC and LDL-C were not significantly improved after 45 days of treatment(P > 0.05),but improved after 90 days of treatment(P < 0.05).There was no difference in the levels of TC and LDL-C between the two groups(P > 0.05).The levels of TG and HDL-C were different after 45 days of treatment(P < 0.05),and 90 days after treatment(P < 0.05).The levels of TC,LDL-C,TG and HDL-C in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05).(4)Comparison of the efficacy of ABI:After 45 days of treatment,the ABI levels of both groups were not significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P > 0.05),and after 90 days of treatment,the ABI levels of both groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05).Intergroup comparison: There was no significant difference in ABI level between the two groups after 45 days of treatment(P > 0.05).After 90 days of treatment,the ABI level in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).(5)Comparison of curative effect of baPWV:After 45 days of treatment,the levels of baPWV in both groups were not significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P > 0.05).After 90 days of treatment,the levels of baPWV in both groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in baPWV level between the two groups after 45 days of treatment(P > 0.05).After 90 days of treatment,the change of baPWV level in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Huazhuo Shunqi Decoction combined with western medicine has definite effect in treating hypertensive patients with phlegm-dampness congestion.It can effectively reduce blood pressure level,improve clinical symptoms,reduce blood lipids,ABI and baPWV levels.The overall clinical efficacy is superior to that of Western medicine alone.It has no obvious side effects.It can improve the quality of life of patients,improve the physical condition of patients,and has good safety.It is worthy of clinical application.
