Clinical Study On Treatment Of Hypertension (Phlegm - Dampness) By Banxia Atractylodes And Tianma Decoction Combined With

Purpose:Clinical observation of banxiabaizhutianma decoction combined with telmisartan in treatment of hypertension of phlegm dampness type curative effect, curative effect observation of blood pressure and clinical symptoms improvement, to find effective methods for clinical treatment of hypertension. Material and method:The study selected from July 2014 to December 2015 to outpatient hospital of Liaoning Province, the phlegm dampness type 52 cases of hypertension patients with sheng. The 52 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group was treated with banxiabaizhutianma Decoction and telmisartan treatment, control group was treated with telmisartan. The clinical observation of patients started taking drugs, and keep contact, to ensure that no cases, continuous observation of one month as a course of treatment. Observed after a course of treatment group and control group the blood pressure and clinical symptoms to improve the situation. Results: 1 changes in blood pressure: the treatment group of 26 patients after treatment, the total efficiency of 92.31%; 26 cases in control group after treatment, the total efficiency of 69.23%. P<0.05, there was statistical significance, indicating banxiabaizhutianma decoction combined with telmisartan could significantly improve the symptoms of the role. 2 clinical symptoms: after treatment, dizziness, head wrap, headache, vomiting phlegm total effective rate were 92.31%, 88.46%, 91.67%, 63.62%. The control group after treatment, the total effective rate was 80.77%, 76.92%, 70.83%, 54.55%. The rank sum test shows that the statistics of vertigo, head such as wrap, headache can be p<0.05, there was significant difference in treatment group than in control group, indicating banxiabaizhutianma decoction combined with telmisartan on clinical symptoms of phlegm Yongsheng type hypertension was significantly improved; statistical vomiting phlegm can be P>0. 05, no significant difference in the improvement of vomiting phlegm, no significant difference between two groups. Conclusion:(1)clinical observation results show that this decoction atractylodes rhizoma gastrodiae decoction combined telmisartan to phlegm wet type indicates sheng hypertension patients have lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure effect, and the total effective rate achieves superior single use telmisartan group.(2) clinical observation results show that this decoction atractylodes rhizoma gastrodiae decoction combined telmisartan on phlegm wet type indicates sheng clinical symptoms of patients with high blood pressure, including dizziness, headache, head weight, such as in the three main symptoms improved significantly, and improve the effect is better than the single use of telmisartan group.
