The Clinical Observation On A Treatment Of Of Jianwei Xiaozhang Broth For The Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Of Liver And Stormach Disharmony

Objective:. To observe JWXZ s clinical curative effect and clinical security inpatients with liver-stomach disharmony syndrome of chronic atrophic gastritis byrandomized controlled. Method. And to objectively assess the clinical curative effect andsecurity of the drug in the therapeutic process by statistical analysis.Methods: Randomized controlled methods was applied, The60hospitalizedliver-stomach disharmony syndrome of chronic atrophic gastritis patients were enrolled with.inclusion and exclusion criteria. the patients were divided into two groups: treatment group(30cases) and control group (30cases). treatment group were gived good swellingelimination mixture (JWXZ) and control group were gived stomach-recoveringcapsule.After the4weeks in the course of treatment,we collect clinical data and observethe change of stgastroscope and pathology and clinical symptoms. And to comparewith the data before treatment. The significant difference of the two group′s data wereanalyed by SPSS18.0statistical software.Results:1.The clinical curative effect evaluation result shows that the total effective rateof treatment group(93.4%) has significant difference with the control group (90%, P<0.05)after4weeks treatment.2.TCM syndrome evaluation results showed that the treatment grouphas significant difference with control group in the level of the improved syndromes (P <0.05)3. gastroscope grading evaluation results showed that the treatment group has notimproved by compared with control group. There was no significant difference in two groupsafter4weeks treatment.(P>0.05)4. pathological integral evaluation results showed thattreatment group has no significant difference with the control group after4weeks treatment.(P>0.05).Conclusion:1. JWXZ can significantly improve the clinical syndrome in patients withliver-stomach disharmony syndrome of chronic atrophic gastritis.2.JWXZ has littleimprovement in gastric mucosa under Gastroscopy and pathobiology but there was asignificant improvement in patients with no progress in the pagastric mucosa underGastroscopy and pathobiology in the treatment group.3. the study found that the drug has nosignificant Side effects. the drug is safe if it was used in accordance with the prescribed dose.
