Clinical Study On Prevention And Treatment Of Ovarian Reserve Function Decline By Combing Yin-Yang Regulating With Umbilical Needle

Objective:In this study,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)combined with regulating Yin and Yang combined with umbilical cord acupuncture were used as a means of treatment,through the clinical symptoms,hormone level of(FSH),cytokines(AMH value),Observed and explored of vaginal color Doppler ultrasound AFC number)and other aspects of "And adjustable regulation of Yin and Yang with umbilical needle" in the prevention and treatment of ovarian reserve function decline clinical efficacy.In order to provide basis for internal adjustment and external treatment of ovarian reserve function decline by TCM.Therefore,It is important to improve ovarian reserve function decline.Methods:A total of 68 patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(n=34)and control group(n=34).The clinical symptoms,hormone level of(FSH),cytokines(AMH value),vaginal color Doppler ultrasound(AFC number)and other related factors were observed after treatment for 3 months.Results:1.Comparison TCM syndrome score: before and after the treatment group,the treatment group had a significant difference in improving the TCM syndrome(p<0.05),indicated that the treatment group had a significant effect in improving the menstrual cycle and Scanty periods.2.Comparison cytokines and serum hormone levels:(1)there were significant differences in AMH,FSH,AFC before and after treatment in the treatment group(p <0.05),which indicated that the treatment group increased the value of AMH,decreased the level of FSH and increased the number of AFCs.(2)The comparison of AMH,FSH and AFC in the control group before and after treatment showed significant difference(P<0.05),indicated that the control group increased the AMH value,reduced the FSH level,and increased the number of AFC.(3)The comparison between the two groups showed that there was significant difference between AMH and FSH(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in AFC(P>0.05),indicated the treatment group was better than the control group in improving AMH value and lowering FSH level.The treatment group and the control group were equally effective in increasing the number of AFCs.3.After treatment,the two groups were divided into two groups according to the evaluation standard of curative effect,including 4 cases of cure,10 cases of marked effect,12 cases of effective and 4 cases of ineffective,and the total effective rate was86.67% in the treatment group.In the control group,1 case was cured,7 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective and 9 cases were ineffective.The totaleffective rate was 70%.4.In the course of this study,the treatment group were no adverse reactions,and the safety indexes were not abnormal,which indicated that therapeutic schedule was not only feasible but also safeConclusion: 1.The combination of regulating yin and yang combined with umbilical acupuncture can effectively improve symptoms,regulate the menstrual cycle,improve the amount of menstruation,have effective in regulating menstruation and assist pregnancy,and improve the fever sweating caused by the decrease of ovarian reserve function.2.The combination of regulating yin and yang combined with umbilical cord acupuncture can effectively increase the value of AHA,decrease the level of serum FSH and increase the number of AFC.3.The combination of regulating yin and yang combined with umbilical cord acupuncture could improve the function of ovary reserve by invigorating kidney and nourishing liver,invigorating spleen and invigorating qi,reaching "yin-yang harmony","qi-blood harmony","Zang-fu organ harmony" and "meridian harmony".4.The curative effect of The combination of regulating yin and yang combined with umbilical acupuncture was obviously better than that of Complex Packing Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol And Dydrogesterone Tablets alone in the treatment of ovarian reserve function,and no obvious side effects and adverse reactions were observed.It is indicated that acupuncture and medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine have some advantages in treating the decline of ovarian reserve function,which is worth popularizing and applying.
